In the neighbourhood of the hotel you can find the famous Najade fish restaurant and the Delfino pizzeria. Both international and local food is offered at these establishments.

- only 100 metres or a minute's walk away from the hotel, there is small pebble/concrete beach.
- Peharovo pebble beach (blue flag) - approximately 400 metres.
- Famous pebble beach in Medveja - approximately 2 km.
- Famous pebble beach in Mošćenička Draga - approximately 7 km.
- City beach (concrete/pebble, suitable for children) - approximately 500 metres.
It is also close to Opatija (approximately 7 km). It can be reached by car (approximately 10 minutes) or on foot along the beautiful Lungo Mare (approximately 1 - 1.5 hours).

Nice, clean and comfortable room, free parking (limited in number), good breakfast, pleasant and supportive staff. Room temperature - ac is controled from the reception so you have to liaise with the staff if you want to adjust it. |

hotel park,lovran is excellent...best hotel i ever stayed at...nobody was bothering me about anything,every question was answered,...new,clean,internet availabe...and amount of money spent is ok...shurely a destination for return...tnx for lovely weekend... :-) |

Easy to locate, plenty parking nearby, near old harbour, excellent buffet breakfast, balcony with sea view (but see below). A lot of noise from people and traffic in street late at night and early morning. Ask for a room at the back. |

Staff was polite and efficient. The room was clean and very nice, furnished with taste (bathroom too), also one can see it is a rather new hotel. It has a small (15 m) but pleasant swimming pool, for no extra charge. We had a room with parkview, so the traffic was not disturbing (as previous feedbacks mentioned this). Breakfast was very rich and tasty. The hotel does not have its own parking facility, so (free) parking is available on a nearby street, right next to the sea. Since we were there in the end of September, finding parking place was not difficult, however, this can be a problem in the summer, since this is quite a central location. |

Hotel is located in 1 min from the old city center and 1 min from the seaside. Everything were just simply perfect. Parking lot is very small: 4 parking places in front of the hotel and 4 places - on the back yard. But there is a big free publiс parking near the hotel on the edge of the sea, which is safe for leaving the car during night. |

Breakfast was fairly good and the staff was very helpful. Very small room, no real beach in the near - overall poor value for this money. You can find better choices in the center of Opatija. |

Clean room, silent airco. The half board is also really worth the price. We spent one week at the hotel and never see the same dish although you can choose from 5-6 different every night. The staff is extremely helpful. My mobile fell into a 2 meter hole between the wardrobe and the wall. When I asked for help they called a maintenance stuff immediately who arrived within 10 minutes, created a custom tool for the task, and gave my phone back. Thanks again! Swimming pool is closes too early. The hotel has only 6-8 parking space, so in high season you often have to find somewhere else on the streets. (In case of bad luck, one morning you could find a 15 cm long scratch on the car, like we found.) |

Room very clean and cosy. Romantic location (sea view), close to the old town, old marina and sea. Reception desk extremely helpful and friendly (especially Petra). Very comfortable bed. Big balcony. Modern facilities. Hotel was rather 3,5*, not 4* (room and bathroom quite small, dull and repeatable breakfast). Service in the restaurant (tables not cleaned and prepared to suffice the needs of big crowd coming in different times, some waiters not working at highest pace). Sea side view over the noisy street :( Parking is a nightmare. |

Swimming pool. Nice location just next to old marin and old city. Very friandly hotel staff. Free WiFi in the lobby. No WiFi in the room (only cable but missing in some rooms). |

The pool, the staff, the breakfast and the room. Very nice. The price we got offseason is unbeatable price/quality. Parking on site may be an issue during the season, altough a public parkin is nearby. |
