Very good option of upgrading to half board for an extra 3 euros per person. Nice pool area. Good for a short stop over as part of a longer tour. No airconditioning in rooms. It was also quite boring,although clean and modern it lacked atmosphere! |

hotel staff okay, the location is very good, the bed and balcony are good, the breakfast very good, no noise in the hotel... according the room and services (no coolbox, too hot in the room, bathroom poor, too small perking places) it is too expensive |

swimming pool because there is no proper beach in istria the room is tooooooo small, there is no aircondition, two persons cant fit the room at the same time, the hotel looks like the time stoped 30 years ago, as well as the staff, the hotel food is terible, and ofcourse there is no beach and it is 15 minutes from the city by car and mainly trafic is jamed |

i do not remember that i would like something we stayed just one night, but immediatelly after arrivial, we were very concern of staying or not. the room vas sooo small, that we couldnt even move in there. everything seemed to be broken and smelly. the biggest shock was, when they were asking from us 2 euros at the hotel pool for the sun beds! it was very loud in there, no a/c, very hot, early in the morning they opened loud music at the pool and im sure that they woke up the whole hotel. at the breakfast we couldnt choose the table we wanted. it was terrible, a bad dream.. never again |

The breakfast is OK. Situation is good for spending all time near the sea. Hotel is awful, no conditioner in the room. So to feel normal You need to go there in winter, not in the hot season. Bathtrooms are ugly, after taking shower You could use it like a pool. (shower upholstery exist but does not work). Don't go to this hotel. |

close to the beach, nice environment (pine-wood), hotel swimming pool - animation programs around the pool, cheap 3€ dinner service staff was impolite, old fashion furnitures - simple room - no air condition |

The staff were professional and welcoming without being overbearing. On arrival I immediately felt relaxed as if I were at home amongst friends.I would have liked to stay longer, maybe next time. Everything was fine. Well done! |

This hotel is very handy to the beach and in a good place for eating and enjoying a holiday. The rooms were pretty small although adequate. |

The staff was arogant. The hotel has no aircondition even if it is written on the booking they have. Double bad room is actualy a single bed room with biger bed, and both need to acces the bed from one side. Rooms are extemly small. |

Meals were nice, staff were helpful. I might have enjoyed it if the weather was good, but it rained and was overcast most of the time in begining of June 09. Beaches are rocky in Pula. Not much to do. |

El entorno es genial ya que está situado en un parque en una zona hotelera rodeada de pinos, cerca de la playa y con zonas de juegos para niños. Hotel muy anticuado que necesita una renovación urgente. Los ascensores no marcan nunca la planta en la que se encuentran |

Situation environnement proximité Pula Nous avons du régler l'utilsation des bains de soleil installés autour de la piscine de l'hôtel. Pas clim dans les chambres , chaleur étouffante pour les chambre du dernier étage. |

Situació Els serveis de l'habitació son els minims i en un estat lametable (en el bany havia caigut la mampara i no havia estat sustituida per res). Hi ha plantes entre dues parades d'ascensor, cosa que fa que sempre hi hagi escales a salvar. En els canals de TV no hi havia el canal de TV3internacional. |

Lo único bueno es que está cerca de la playa. Pero es muy caro, para ser de tan mala y baja calidad. Tendría que costar la mitad o menos. Muy caro y muy mal. Everything was very bad, except the situation close to the beach. Is the only thing. The hotel is not clean, with insects (spiders and scorpion), the rooms very small, and too expensive for this bad facilities. Very old and ugly. No me ha gustado. Es muy viejo y muy caro para la poca calidad que ofrece. Es como un viejo apartahotel. Las habitaciones son iguales muy muy pequeñas, agobian bastante. Además tienen las ventanas abiertas y entran bichos. Nos encontramos 1 alacrán, y varias arañas. Es síntoma de falta de higiene y de vejez. Está alejado, rodeado de pinos. We didn´t like at all. It was very bad, old fashioned, not really clean, we found insects like an scorpion and little spiders. The room is really small, not comfortable. We didn´t sleep good there. Horrible. The price is too high for this bad facilities. Crap! |

Playita de al lado. No hay aire acondicionado. Ascensor viejo, pequeño y no llega a todos los pisos. Habitaciones muy antiguas, rollo sovietico años 70. Aunque esta limpio y los baños estan reformados. |

A good location if you want to be close to the see. Parking is free although takes some time to find a place. Swimming pool was clean and spacious. Breakfast is excellent with wide choice. Staff is helpful but not all speak English. Rooms are rather small, but you spend the day on the beach anyway :-) No mini bar. Lack of air-conditioning, but it was not that annoying. The furniture and bathroom need an update. They look worn but are clean. Rooms overlooking the pool can be noisy during daytime, so if you like to have a nap in the afternoon better take one looking to the other side. |
