Sa situation ,sur le port et la vue sur la vieille ville.

Pas de charme Personnel insuffisant, 1 à réception à l'arrivée et départ.lobby bruyant salle de repas pour grpe,immense et froide.pas de personnel en salle,distrib auto(café, thé, jus fruit artificiel) sdb ancien régime

La vue du balcon sur la ville de rovinj était magnifique, chambre spacieuse pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, tres bien situé pour aller en ville ou se promener sur la côte, personnel symphatique, hotel propre et très bien équipé...une seule envie... y retourner.

Le batiment est vraiment pas beau, les chambres sont vraiment defraichies, petites, et si on a pas la vue sur la mer, alors, ce sont des toits sales ou le parking. Nous avions une belle tache d'humidite sur le plafo,d. Vraiment tres tres basique et donc trop cher pour ce que l'on a. La sale du restaurant est gigantesque. La un petit effort deco a ete fait, ainsi qu'a la reception, ce qui est trompeur par rapport aux vieilles chambres jaunes et bleu ciel! Le buffet n'est pas mal.

The staff were great

No in room movies and the TV was very small, room 345 had a lot of cracked walls,and the balcony could be done with a coat of paint, but this did not detract us from having a great holiday

Clean

The hotels not cheap, it really is not acceptable that Internet both costs money (not a small amount) and is not available in the rooms. I don't want to spend a lot of money to have to use Internet in the lobby!

Fantastic position with unbeatable views of beautiful Rovinj across the bay. 10 min walk along the harbour into town.

Sea-front rooms on lower floors can be nosiy as the Croatian working day starts early

The location is nice, a bit far from old town but can walk. Sea view from the room is ok. We had a bit problem about the rooms we booked. But finally the staff solved the problem for us.

We were two couples travelling together and chose to stay in a two bedroom suite. The view of the old town of Rovinj was spectacular and there was space for the four of us to enjoy a pre-dinner drink on one of our balcomies. The cocktail bar downstairs were obliging with ice (but no ice bucket) and extra glasses. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet; a wide range of dishes, with the usual cereal, fruit, eggs - 4 ways, yeast products, but also polenta and vegetables and delicious cakes and sweets. The balls of whipped cream cheese spread topped with chunky fruit jam wase to die for.. There are two car rental offices in front of the hotel, for convenient car pick-up. The short walk into the old town made exploring the very easy and we stopped counting the number of photos we took of the town with the church on the hill. It is one of the most picturesque places we have visited. We ate dinner in the hotel one night and were pleasantlt surpised by the quality and variey of dishes. And at 120 kuna per person, very well priced

Although the season proper hadn't started yet, we were disappointed we couldn't swim in the pool - it was being cleaned and filled during our visit. We did dip our toes in the sea, and although very brisk, it was refreshing. Although we mixed and matched our cappucinos/long blacks/milky coffees every morning, we couldn't get a really good coffee to our taste from the macjhine. The filtered coffee from the big urn mixed with a splash of milk from the cereal bar, was the most acceptable, but on the second morning the urn was no where to be seen!

Location is perfect, 20min from the old city, and 5 minutes from the beatiful park. It is just in front of the marina. Restaurant is very clean and they serve very good breakfast. Inside pool was quite good with the water temperature between 26 and 28 C. There is a large parking area at the park's side of the hotel and parking is free. Unutrasnji bazen je dosta veliki sa temperaturom vode izmedju 26 i 28. Iza hotela postoji veliki parking koji je besplatan.

It is unnaceptable that the hotel within this price range charge for the internet service (Lan or Wlan). Wifi must be free at least at the restaurant and cafe area. This is the second time that hotel in Croatia charge their service with the hotel's excange rate regardless if you pay in Hrk or Eur (For example, if your invoice value is 200 eur, you will pay at least 210 eur whethever you pay in Hrk or Eur) Nedopustivo je da hotel u ovom cenovnom rangu naplacuje internet (Lan ili Wlan). Internet mora biti besplatan barem u holu ili restoranu ili kafeu. Ovo je drugi hotel u Hr koji naplacuje ukupnu uslugu po svom kursu tako da cete platiti vise nego sto je to naznaceno na booking rezervaciji bez obzira da li placate u kunama ili eurima (na primer, ako vam je racun 200 eur platicete jos najmanje 10 eur zbog hotelskog kursa).

The breakfast is impressive. has a view of the old town from the front of the hotel (not the room).

A hugh hotel. the amount of guests is a bit overwhelming.

The location is an easy 10-15 minute walk along a seafront promenade to the main town. Breakfast buffet is excellent, lots to choose from. Hotel design is lovely to look at.

Reception staff reluctant to provide dining suggestions outside of the hotel itself. Internet only available at extra charge, something like 30 KN for 30 minutes. Walls in this place are very thin; we did actually hear the neighbour snoring.

My kids enjoyed the swimming pool, but it was a little bit cold.

This is a good, pleasant family hotel - not top-end luxury, but very nice to stay in. It has the perfect location in Rovinj, with a nice view across the Marina to the town, but only ten minutes walk from the old town, which is lovely. The pool area and the restaurant overlook the sea. I would guess that 60% of the rooms have great sea views, and the remainder will have quite dull garden views, so if, like us, you enjoy a glass of wine on the balony before dinner it is worth getting at least one sea-side room.

The only negative was quite a big one. I had booked a sea-side room, and when I arrived was told (by a guy called Robert) that they were all full. Luckily I had printed out the long version of the booking forms, which showed my booking of a sea-side room clearly, and I stuck to my guns, refusing to accept anything else. After a slightly heated exchange I was handed the key to a sea-side room. Then "What did you mean when you told me that the sea-side rooms were full?" Was met with "I was trying to give you a worse room". Not the best start, but all is well that ends well.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable parking in front of hotel

De-Luxe Room for 4 people with the sea view 300 Euro per night was an outdated 70-s 2 small rooms apartment, very old, paint falling from the walls, wooden windows with no isolation, old curtains falling on your head, no balkony. Noisy if you have a sea-view, people running at 08.30 to put towels at the swimming pool. No beach near by - min 25 min walking, stones, no showers, toilets. Poor value for money, max. 1-2 nights stay if you do not like to swim in the sea or used to min. level of comfort.

View, pool, location, comfort

Location was great. Walking distance to rovigno and the beach. Nice buffet breakfast. I had the seaside view room which had a gorgeous view of the town of rovigno. Rooms were a bit small, but comfortable nevertheless. Bed was very comfortable. I loved hearing the sound of the water outside. Rooms also had balconies. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

I liked how close this hotel was to the old town. It was more convenient than a couple of other nicer hotels.

I did not like the noise outside. Workers were sanding boats on the dock across the street from the hotel, and jackhammering concrete nearby. It was awful and went all day long each day we were there. I also did not like the homgeneity of the guests at the hotel; most seemed to be 60 or 70 year old Brits or Germans. I did not like the fact that although we booked a room advertised as having a "beautiful view of the sea and city," what we were given was a view mainly of the dining room on the other side of the pool, and a sliver of the sea. I did not like how cold the hallways and rooms were. As far as I could tell, turning the heat on or up did not make any difference.

Too expensive having in mind quite old looking interior (especially rooms, which are small and screaming for redecoration).

The Hotel is right by the Marina which was our main reason for using it as I had work to do on a boat there. Friendly staff, not much English spoken (all fluent in Croatian, German and Italian) but this wasn't a problem. Good pools, indoor and out, and sauna (50 HRK charge for sauna). Only had breakfast which was good, self-service cooked and continental. Very clean, rooms and public areas. Parking on-site. Right on the edge of the old town - plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The view from the sea-facing rooms is lovely.

Bit of early morning noise from the outdoor pool, if you want to forgo the view and have more peace and quiet take a rear-facing room.
