Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was a bus ride from the fortress city and so a little off the beaten track. It was early Octber, so not many people around the area after supper. |

The staff were very helpful and couldnt do enough for you..telling you where to catch bus and giving you a map etc..best staff I have had in my travels for a long time. Our balcony was lovely on the 4th floor and we could just about see the sea. Very handy location for the old town and for a walk to Gruz harbour ot the peninsula. Just a pity about the food and noise from other rooms The breakfast apart from the tea and omelette was the worst I have ever had in a hotel..little food and no choice. The hotel was noisy as the walls were so thin and corridor noise disturbed us. The beds were lumpy. Out shower was dirty in parts. |

The breakfast was good, all issues were addressed promptly, rooms were clean and comfortable, directly on the Lapad promenade. There was no elevator to the 4 floor and it takes an half an hour to get to the Old Town |

Very friendly and competent staff, enjoyed the breakfast with made-to-order omelettes that could be eaten in the restaurant or on the terrace. Breakfast available from 0700-1000. Able to leave our luggage on the last day and come back and change from beach clothes late afternoon before going to the airport. Receptionist came to room straightaway to sort problem with room safes. Very close to pebble beach. Shower leaked a bit but we didn't report it. |

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The ac worked great, the balcony was pretty big and mine overlooked ( a bit away) the ocean so it was great getting up in the morning and being able to see that and being able to have a drink at night on the balcony as well. It is also right on the main pedestrian strip in lapad.I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was a bit pricey (€120), but I did book last minute and all the hotels around dubrovnik appeared to be pricey. |

The room was spacious and with a nice balcony. The furniture were new. No parking. A little far from the centre, but good bus connection (very crowded in Summer tough). |

Lovely small hotel, with very helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. It is located in Lapad distict which is famous for the beach that you should visit. It is only 100 meters from the hotel. Parking is an issue in the area. |

Room and interior was tidy. There is a nice beach near hotel though there are a lot of tourists. Breakfast could have been more comprehensive. Hotel is located at the street dedicated to tourists. |

The location is excellent - near beaches and not far from the old city - need to get a bus to get to the old town. Staff were excellent - nothing was too hard and they gave us information and advice on everything we needed. Highly recommended. Staff at the hotel restaurant were also very nice. |

The reception staff were very helpful including checking bus times, organising taxis, etc. A balcony with a scenic view was a bonus. Only cooked breakfast option was omelette, ham or cheese. Same every day! |
