The location, the staff, the complimentary breakfast. There was no hot water for showers one morning . We needed to leave early and it was not fixed prior to our departing so we took cold showers!

The staff in the Perla were very helpful and pleasant. We thought the hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay in Dubrovnik. The picturesque bay was just a 1 minute walk away and the old town is just a short bus ride. The sea view from the 5th floor was an added bonus.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel - just a bus ride away from the centre of Dubrovnik and very peaceful, picturesque area. The staff were most helpful but not too intrusive - always ready to answer questions and sort out any problems. Good breakfast to set us up for out busy days out and about. No complaints at all.

This is an excellant hotel within an easy busy journey to Dubrovnik old town.There was nothing to fault with excellant service throughout and the restaurant next door offered good value evening meals.I Would recommend people check this hotel out as it is gem.

From the momemt we stepped into reception we were given a very warm wlcome by Katerina, who was extremely helpful and dealt with us very much as individuals.This standard of servive was maintained by all of the hotel staff that we came into contact with, and we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, only a 10 min bus ride into the Old Town via an excellent bus service.

The hotel was very well situated for the beach and to easily travel into Dubrovnik Old Town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all aspects of our stay. The little beach is a short walk away and the Hotel is right in the centre of a number of restaurants and bars, yet retains a quiet and peaceful air. It was very clean and offered a good spread at breakfast time. We would thoroughly recommend ths hotel and would use it again

I was travelling with my daughter .. there was no category for us! It was small and friendly and in easy walking distance of the beach (stoney) or swimming off the rocks .. also an easy bus ride into Dubrovnik. It was a nice contrast to Dubrovnik which was so hot and crowded! It would have been nice to have a view of the sea and maybe a garden and / or a pool!

The location is excellent. It's situated on the Lapad promenade which has nice pubs and restaurants and 2 minutes walk to the beach. Also the bus stop is located at the other end and the no 6 takes you directly into the old town. In the morning we were woken by the guests in the next room having their shower.

The village is very nice, with a lot of restaurants and gellato shops.. A very pleasant place to stay. It's quite far from old center, you have to catch a bus that's it's always full of tourists..

Staff are really helpful, friendly and provide Infomation for sight-seeing. Hotel not really big but our room was quite spacious and clean. Not far from the old city about 15 mins bus ride and 5 mins walk from the beach. For coffee lover, bring a small kettle as there is no coffee making facilitis provided in the room.

All the staff was really nice and helpful, we stayed there for 1 night and then came back a few days later and they even found a iPod charger of ours and guarded it until our return. Breakfast ok, cleaning of the rooms nice. The pillows were to big.

I liked the location of the hotel. I also would like to say that the girl at reception, Katerina, was very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was good too. It was a bit expensive for the size of the room. The room was very small. My sister and I hardly had any space for our luggage. We hardly had room to walk in the room! I think the large wardrobe in the room should be removed. Hardly anybody hangs their clothes when they travel. A rack with a few hangers would provide much-needed space.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were tidy and clean. Balcony with ocean view. Breakfast was basic, but the fresh omelette that was brought to us every morning was delicious. Close to beach, resturants and tennis courts.

Friendly staff, located near the beach and easy ride to old town. Good rooms. Good breakfast. The wireless internet was temperamental, but they do have a Ethernet connection which works great.

We had a top floor room where the views were lovely. The location is excellent, 2 min walk from beach, restaurants & cafes. The only downsides were the 'double' bed was 2 single beds put together & the hotel security is not the best!

Excellent arrangement, the fine personnel (professional, benevolent), good maintenance of cleanliness in number. General impression very positive. Many thanks to the personnel for pleasant days! From minuses - probably it is time to change partially furniture (the bed very creaked) and to diversify breakfasts a little

The staff were amazing, especially Katerina and Damir. Everyone was friendly, professional and so friendly! I have not a bad thing to say about this hotel. If you are looking for a hotel to stay in in Dubrovnik, choose this one as it will only make your time in Dubrovnik all the more memorable.

The location was fantastic. Very close to the beach and a ten minute ride by bus to the old city (the bus runs every 10 min).The staff were unbelievable, very friendly, helpful and courteous. Beautiful location, everything is close by.

We liked the location of this hotel.It is two minutes away from the beach and you can get a bus at the top of the road straight into the entrance to the old city of Dubrovnik.The staff were very kind and efficient. They informed us of the bus routes , the purchasing of the tickets etc on our arrival.The area outside the hotel is completely pedestrianized so is quiet at night and safe during the day.

The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful; especially a lady, Katarina at the reception. The room is a bit small. The wi-fi service of the hotel was down during my stay in the hotel.
