On a hill top a few km from village, very quiet. Small but clean rooms. Friendly staff; Maria was a great host. Simple but good own restaurant (village restaurants too far to walk to & from, especially after dark; 10 min by car). Wi-Fi included and operating well. Good location to visit Risnjak National Park. ‘Remote location’, no other facilities in the area, must have your own wheels (knew it upfront). No issue for us as it was a one night stop-over on our way to Pula after an afternoon flight arrival in Zagreb.

If you're looking for a place not crowded by tourists but frequented by locals, this is the place to stay. The word "mountain hut" is way too modest for this nice hotel with comfy and spacious rooms! The owner is very friendly and makes his own excellent blueberry liquor, as well as fantastic deserts (too bad we had already eaten, dinner choices looked mouth-watering too)! From behind the hotel, there is a nice view of the mountains, including V. Risniak.

Pięknie położony hotel, przyjazny personel. Pokoje nie sprzątane codziennie, mały pokój, śniadanie bardzo kiepskie. Za taką samą cenę w Austrii można otrzymać dużo wyższy standard.

Dit hotel verdient zeker een 10! Bij aankomst direct een welkomsdrank. Mogelijkheid om te 's avonds te eten tot 20.30 uur. Aperitief gratis van het huis. Lekker eten!!! Prima werkende WIFI. Mooie omgeving. Wasgelegenheid. Goede bedden en goede douche. Vriendelijke mensen. Nog een fles zelfgemaakte likeur als afscheid.
