L'hôtel Plaza est bien situé, bien équipé mais ce qui nous a fait le plus apprécié cet hôtel c'est son personnel très sympathique. Les hôtesses d'accueil vous renseignent et vous aident pour vos différentes visites à faire. La nourriture est variée et bonne. Un reproche, tout est payant comme dans la plupart des établissements maintenant, on paye le prix d'un hôtel 4 étoiles mais, en plus, on doit payer les chaises longues ou l'accès au sauna, alors que justement il est "4 étoiles" parce qu'il possède ces critères. .

“Location of the hotel is perfect - in the old city, in 2 minutes from restaurants and shops, and in the same time it is 5 min walking to the city beach. We had a perfect view on the river, and air in the rom was always fresh. Hotel stuff was very helpful and attentive, so we had a great vacation and would recommend the apartments to everybody who is looking for a nice and cost effective accommodation.” Illya, Kiev |
