Limited services: no chips with beer for example. Restaurant good, breakfast good, but travel question to the staff was not successful. Be prepared for a rural location |

Front desk staff (2 females) rude/not helpful/not knowledgeable in general. In addition, one gave bad information about buses/schedules for the fall season, but was insistent that she knew what she was talking about. Refused to call the bus company ahead for us. As a result we missed one bus and waited over an hour for another, the last one of the day, and got to Zagreb very late. Gift shop helper was lovely, and the woman at the bar in the lobby as well. Dining was a pleasure: good food, great service, and wonderful ambiance. |

The location is excellent. We arrived late, and the night shift staff couldn't answer most of our questions. |

Proximity to the park. Terrible staff (and that's more than 1). Unhelpful, unfriendly and when checking out, just said 'Give me your money.' and snatched it off our hands before we even had time to count properly. |

Great location, close to the park entrance and lovely views of the lakes from our window with the morning mist hanging over. Good choice of food in the restaurant too. We didn't see any bears! (Not really the hotel's fault I know!) |

the view of the mountains behind the hotel is very nice the free breakfast was awful, and the shower was nearly unusable. the worst part was the complete absence of decent food anywhere in the area. |

Our room was very spacious. The hotel too was spacious and well decorated and in a very good location. We had two good lunches and three good evening meals which were well cooked, tasty and not expensive. We did not like the breakfasts. They were the worst we encountered in our three months in Europe and the UK. The selection was poor and the quality of the food was not good. This was especially surprising since our other meals at the hotel were good. I had to ask for a soft boiled egg because all the eggs were hard boiled and these were the only eggs on offer. The cereal selection was also very limited. All in all the breakfast was a great disappointment and such a shame because everything else was very good. I can't answer the next two parts of this question because I'd recommend this hotel in every respect except for the breakfasts. Also I have not read other guest reviews. |

Location- a short walk to the national park entrance. Spotlessly clean. The staff though a littly starchy were courteous and helpful and seemed to suit the hotel which seemed to be from a previous era. Parking is a limited, but there is plenty of room on approach roads. |

The hotel has no air conditioning. Probably it was of no use in the past, but nowadays it is a must. It was very hot even during night. |

In this park you have three choices. This hotel was fine if a bit old. It felt very old Yugoslavia to me but met my requirements. |

The hotel lies at the edge of Plitvice National Park and offers everything for enjoying the magnificent Plitvice Lakes. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. It is worth noting that the entrance ticket for visiting the national park is valid during all your stay in the hotel, so you can enjoy the waterfalls and other sites of interests as many times as you like. |

Excellently situated in terms of being able to walk out straight out and into the National Park. Reception desk staff were friendly, could speak several languages and were helpful. Our room was large and clean. Staff in the restaurant and bar were also very good. The most expensive hotel by far of the hotels we stayed in, in Europe. Air-con didn't work, but we could open the windows! I thought the breakfast menu was limited - we stayed for 6 days. Also, the 'juices' were squash. We were given a packed breakfast on the last day as we left at 6.30am, but this was rolls/ cheese / ham / butter / jam - with no knives to help! Considering the cost of the hotel, I thought this was poor. |

Rooms were comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful Food in the restaurant is alright but not good value for money. The first evening the food was cold and the second the chips were oily and inedible. It is a shame there is no where else to eat in the area - a bit of competition might be good for them! |

The hotel was ideally located very close to the park entrance. The hotel is getting old. I was charged a much higher price with my child compared to what was indicated at booking.com. If there is an extra for the 3rd child you need to indicate that in the booking page. |
