Plitvicka Vila

Very kind staff, pleasant place, good location to the lakes.

The tea pot didn't work and there wasn't minibar in the room.

The owner/manager/receptionist was always at hand. She gave us lots of information about the area and Plitvice Lakes and about Croatia. She was most charming and helpful. We were on half board with the restaurant next door and had good dinners, though the breakfast was not presented to the same standard.

Very quaint, very close to Plitvice, 10 minutes drive. Staff were very fiendly, spoke good English. Very clean, large family room for 5.

Air conditioning was only a fan eventhough it was advertised as air conditioning. Pre-paid dinner and breakfast were ok, nothing great, served at the restaurant next door.

Very good place, nice rooms, kind service, it was a stop on our Croatian trip and we had a nice rest!

It is very close to Plitvicka Jezera - the natural park, and this was one of the criteria to choose this hotel. Also is very convenient for a family which travel and the need to make one night stop.

It's not very well indicate how you can get there from the national road.

Very clean and nice rooms for one-two nights; wasn't told before that two dogs (40kg each) must be in one room!

Very poor breakfast, dinner with salat which didn't even remind salat - restaurant should hire better chef. Restaurant is the black side of the hotel.

The room we got was very big and quiet.

Ower room was on the parking level and so everybody passed ower windows.Breakfast was very poor.

Even though we reserved two rooms, one next to the other, we recieved two room in two different levels. In the morning there was no cleaning the room. The airconditioner was only making noise.

I will not recommened it to another person.

The hotel is nice and clean and especially the very friendly and competent staff offers good hints about the nearby national park (plitvice lakes) and the suroundings. It is not luxurious but especially in regards to the fares very good. As the whole 'village' it's situated directly at the main street but nevertheless rather calm and relaxing. Breakfast ist served in the restaurant next door. All in all: simple but good and very nice and helpful staff

the brakfast was horrible. 2 slices of ham and cheese, lukewarm old tee. for all the extras like eggs or omlet we had to pay extra. noises from the corridor.

worst breakfast I can only remeber, quite small bathroom (room generally small but we spent there only one night. for longer period I would look for bigger room)
