全体的に古い雰囲気。

I liked the personal working there. A girl at the reception gave me her own money so that I could get the city center (on the first day of my staying there I didn't have any kunas). I've never met such a thing before.

There are no any shampoos in the room. I believe it's a necessary part that should be in every room.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff really nice!

I think the location was great. The customer service from all the staff was excellent.

Silent place, before arrival I was afraid that possible noise from the airport and big freight railway station which are not far from the hotel may somehow disturb me, but I've sleeped fine. Good breakfast.

No information neither on hotel website nor on booking.com page of hotel how to get to hotel using public transport. Something similar they gave me on reception when I arrived (in fact on that moment I've already find the way by myself) but it was incomplete (no information about buses 307,308) and not optimal (and I've found by myself more optimal way, not from bus stop Hrelic, but from bus stop Kauzlaricev prilaz). Also about cleanliness - well, my room was clean enough for not complaining and but less clean, than I've exprected even for such rate. But the corridor (outside my room) had very untidy look, especially the carpet on the floor in corridor, it looked like they never cleaned at last previous 20 years.

This was by far, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The worst customer service ever experienced by us provided at checkin by two disinteretested, and even hostile women employees seemed good compared with the room, the followup services and unhelpful staff.

Jól lehrt parkolni. A szálloda jól megközelíthető.

A reggeli hideg volt és elég egyszerű. Nem a szobában van az internet, elég kényelmetlen.

Alles
