personalul este ok, micul dejun este foarte bun desi arata bine la exterior, in interior are un aspect puternic de hotel comunist...totul este vechi! mocheta de pe holuri era plina de pete de noroi. In camera era ok dar cada avea minim 20 de ani...avea o culoare maronie nu alba. Este departe de centru, intr-o zona de periferie fara mijloace de transport. Daca nu aveti masina nu va recomand sa stati la acest hotel. |

I liked the personal working there. A girl at the reception gave me her own money so that I could get the city center (on the first day of my staying there I didn't have any kunas). I've never met such a thing before. There are no any shampoos in the room. I believe it's a necessary part that should be in every room. |

Excellent value for money - comfortable. Good access to airport - taxi only. Nice leafy location and you can easy get to city centre by bus number 220 - very cheap 10 kuna. Reception can give you directions if ask them for bus stop. Also has free wifi - handy for laptop users.Would recommend for travellers who are on a modest budget. Always book via website as much cheaper. Food in restaurant is quite average and pricey for standards offered. |

Silent place, before arrival I was afraid that possible noise from the airport and big freight railway station which are not far from the hotel may somehow disturb me, but I've sleeped fine. Good breakfast. No information neither on hotel website nor on booking.com page of hotel how to get to hotel using public transport. Something similar they gave me on reception when I arrived (in fact on that moment I've already find the way by myself) but it was incomplete (no information about buses 307,308) and not optimal (and I've found by myself more optimal way, not from bus stop Hrelic, but from bus stop Kauzlaricev prilaz). Also about cleanliness - well, my room was clean enough for not complaining and but less clean, than I've exprected even for such rate. But the corridor (outside my room) had very untidy look, especially the carpet on the floor in corridor, it looked like they never cleaned at last previous 20 years. |

The receptionist was very friendly, warm, and cheerful. It was very noisy due to the trains going by all night long. I did not sleep for more than one hour. |

This was by far, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The worst customer service ever experienced by us provided at checkin by two disinteretested, and even hostile women employees seemed good compared with the room, the followup services and unhelpful staff. |

Receptionist was trying to be kind, although did not allow me to cancel the dinner reservation on my late arrival. Not many options in Zagreb but stay away from 3 stars. Never reserve dinner or lunch in advance. The picture of restaurant is completely misleading. I was not informed the drink was not included while the food was terrible. I got very rude complaints from the waiter for leaving not paying for the drink. FYI, no real orange juice at breakfast. You can imagine the rest. |

Die ein oder andere Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Publikum - z.T. aus dem Business-Bereich - vermittelte einen gehobenen Eindruck. An einem Tag wurde zum Beispiel das Zimmer überhaupt nicht gemacht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Die Lage des Hotels - liegt viel zu weit draußen. Das Hotel macht absolut keinen "einladenden" Eindruck: Allein der Weg dorthin ist äußerst beschwerlich - weder befestigt (kein Bürgersteig) noch beleuchtet. Der Lärm der vorbeifahrenden Züge lässt einen nachts immer wieder aufwachen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist minimal. |

Er waren ook enkele personeelsleden die hun best deden. Hotel maakt een zeer verlopen indruk, oude en deels kapotte inrichting, niet echt schoon, slechte locatie, matig ontbijt. Kortom; overblijfsel uit vervlogen tijden. |
