Location is perfect for transit or Zagreb city visit. Staff is friendly and helpful. Internet works fine and they also provide a LG Smart TV with browser that can be used for showing live web tv.

No shower gel and is hard to ask for one when you're in the shower :)

We chose Guesthouse Stari Jasen because it is very close to the airport, and we got much more than we bargained for. The guesthouse was the cleanest, most pleasant place we stayed in at Croatia, beautifully designed and very welcoming. The owner was friendly, and everything that went out of their kitchen tasted like heaven. That night was our last night in Croatia before we got back home, and it ended our vacation with a huge smile. We highly recommend Guesthouse Stari Jasen for everyone!

Excellent location, very close to the airport. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with excellent bathroom and shower.

We had 2 rooms. 1 was double and had no TV and only one bath towel for 2 of us. The other was single.and had no blankets but 3 bath towels, which my mother in law had to use as blankets as it was quite cold.

Very good new hotel. The food is very good also. High standard of cleanliness. About 10 minutes from the highway.

Friendly staff, personal atitude, comfort atmosphere, easy to reach airport and move forward to the sea cost. Excellent

There was a bad smell around. As far as we get, this was caused by non-common field works around.

Thanks to them all for making us feel very welcome. We had a great time eat and drunk really well.

It's a shame there is no air con at the mo but they did say they will be getting it done soon. Had to sleep with windows open so heard dog barking all night!

Good guesthouse with confortable and new rooms. Quiet location. The owner was very friendly and ready to help and inform us about anything. Bus stop to Zagreb at 300-400 mts that takes you in 20 minutes to the center. The owner pick us at the airport, waiting for our flight delay late at night....great service, thank you my friend!!!

They should consider putting screens in the windows - as it is beautiful at night compared to the hot humid days. But we had issues with leaving the windows open - mosquitoes were attacking us at night and the moths were annoying. There was a dog barking outside the window from the next door all night - hopefully that got resolved for future guests. Then the roosters started!

We had one night stay at the Guesthouse Stari Jasen.Very quiet place, clean and comfortable. The owners of the hotel were very hospitable.The location is perfect because it's only 10 minutes by car to the downtown of Zagreb. There is no problem parking a car at this place. Good WiFi. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I was welcomed very cordially by the staff and shown to my room after being offered a drink. The room was incredibly clean and well kept. The bed was prepared and the windows set open to air out the room. I slept well and in the morning had breakfast. After breakfast the staff asked about my travels, and we chatted for a bit before he offered me a ride to the bus station. Overall, I was blown away by the quality of the inn, and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

The guest house was fantastic. The owners so helpful and friendly. Picked us up from the airport and we had too much luggage so they had to do 2 trips which was no problems at all. Took us back to the airport to pick up hire car again no problem at all. Made us a late snack again nothing was a problem. Would definitely recommend staying here. Will stay here again. Good for all. Very relaxed atmosphere for the beginning of our holiday.

We stayed at Stari Jasen one night and we really liked it! Everything is new and clean, rooms are spacious. They also have a small cosy restaurant where you can enjoy communication with other guests and host family as well as drinks and food))) Location is perfect - it is situated not far from the airport. Airport transfer was provided for us even in the earling morning. Host family is very friendly and helpful) I'd like to thank you all, espesially Ivan, for helping us so much during our stay in Zagreb!

Personal attitude from the staff, ready to go an extra mile to accomodate our needs. More, than just a hotel, I felt there like in a family. Strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for something more, than just staying in a hotel.

Close to the airport with free pick up/drop off. Rooms are brand new and very clean. Comfortable bed and good shower. Staff were really wonderful. Nothing was too much for them. They cooked us dinner at 9:30pm and breakfast at 7am.

This was probably one of the best guesthouses we stayed at during our 3 months in Europe, so nothing.

These folks really go out of their way to make sure you're satisfies with your stay. The place is brand new, very clean and has the best bed we experienced in 3 weeks in Croatia. They put together a nice meal in their restaurant, even tho it wasn't prepared for visitors yet (it was opening in about a week). They all were very friendly and attentive. The location is very close to the Zagreb airport in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy commute to downtown. I would highly recommend them.

Very pleasant stay at Stari Jasen, located in quiet neighborhood of Zagreb. Brand new, clean and spacious room. Very nice and highly comfortable bed mattress (orthopedic mattress), just perfect after a day walking in town. Very very nice, welcoming and reliable persons. They speak good English. They came to pick us up at the airport at midnight!!!!!!!!! For free!!!!!!!! They are opening a restaurant soon: typical croatian food is expected to be served. We will definitely stay there again. we would highly recommend Bus stop is only at 5-7 minutes walk. 25 minutes ride to the heart of Zagreb. Bus every 10 minutes (15 kuna one way trip) thanks Ivan!!!!!! we enjoyed very much our stay at Stari Jasen
