L"accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. La décoration, le design et le grand calme de l'hôtel bien que tout proche du centre de Zagreb. Également le fait que ce soit un hôtel avec un petit nombre de chambre,je le recommande à tous les amoureux de la vie et du bien-être. Le personnel est particulièrement extraordinaire et se plie en 4 pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. |

Petit hôtel tout neuf . Chambre très moderne avec terrasse donnant sur un parc très calme ! Magnifique petit déjeuner servi avec beaucoup d'attention et de gentillesse.Parking à proximité gratuit ! Accès au centre ville à pied en moins de 10 minutes.très pratique ou par le tram n 11 . On n' a pas l'impression d'être dans une grande ville ... Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver l'hôtel qui est mal signalé et situé dans un quartier délabré et pas encore rénové..mais quand on pénètre dans le hall on oublie tout ! |

hotel moderne. Le tarif négocié en euros avec booking n'est pas garanti car l'hotel veut être payé en kuna et choisit un taux de change qui lui convient: résultat nous avons payé 5 euros de plus que le tarif prévu par booking. Au petit déjeuner les fruits et légumes sont inmangeables car sortant du réfrigérateur. Climatisation innefficace car derrière un rideau occultant.Hotel destiné aux personnes très valides car l'hotel se trouve en haut d'une côte difficile et plein d'escaliers raides dans l'hotel, pas d'ascenseurs.Pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. |

Tout était parfait. A 1/4h à pied de la place Principale de Zagreb, donc idéla pour visiter la ville. Un acceuil personnalisé et très chaleureux. Nous avions choisi la plus grande chambre qui donnait directement sur le jardin. Très calme. Chambre très confortable et très bien décorée. Petit déjeuner très copieux. C'est un petit hotel par sa capacité (7 chambres) mais grand par son confort, son originalité, son ambiance, et la qualité de l'accueil. Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits. |

Personnel très diponible pour informations. Bien localisé, on peut stationner son auto et marcher , pour peu que l'on aime le faire ou prendre un transport en commun. Les chambres sont fantastiques. petit dejeuner basic et difficulté a trouver l'hôtel mais le trouble que l'on se donne est compensé au centuple. |

The hotel was very nice and beautifully furnished, the interior design is amazing, as well as the view of the greenery. The breakfeast is good and the people are nice. I greatly recommend it, if you do not need parking facilities. I chose this hotel especially because they claimed to have parking. What they have is a "garage" (not a proper one), which can fit two (?!)cars, provided they are small enough (when I parked my SUV there was not enough space to even open the doors). They told me it costs 2€, only to find out in the morning that the price is 2€hour, which is outrageous! That would add up to €36 for parking overnight in what wasn't even a real garage (the price of the beautiful hotel room was €89?!). When I complained I ended up paying €14, which is still a ripoff (in the afternoon I paid €0,75/hour for a guarded parking in the strict city center, and the hotel charges almost three times as much to their own guests!)! |

It was a good hotel with its location adn design...it was not a crowdy hotel so we really relaxed. The breakfast was not included to hotel rate so with breakfast the rate is being too much...so I think its an expensive hotel...Next time will be better to choose a hotel with breakfast and better rated... |

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They really made us feel like we were home away from home. We also absolutely loved the design, decor and ambience of the hotel. Since the hotel was situated on a hill and in a wooded area, we were treated to lovely, serene views from our room, the lounge and the breakfast room. We loved the fact that we were staying in a wooded area only a 15 minute walk from city sights. |

Luxury, designer hotel, cosy atmosphere, friendly personell, nice location in a very nice part of the town. Welcome drinks, clean, nice terrases overlooking a green garden. Perfect value for the price. Made us wishing to be there for one more night. |

The building is beautiful and the small size gives a 'family feel' but very luxurious! The staff were superb and particular mention must go to Andrea who made life very easy and us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend and return! |

Our friends recommended us this hotel, and they were right! Stunning design and excellent service - staff is wonderful! The restaurant is beautiful, intimate and romantic and the food is amazing. Rooms and beds are huge and there was also a garden! Location is perfect for shopping and city trips because it is in the Center. Can't wait to come back! |

We loved this place. Spacious room that opened onto garden terrace. The Staff were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking was on the street but we didnt have too much of a problem getting a space nearby. |

Kindly staff. The location of hotel is not good for turists. Old facade - we find hotel on third time. Room was for four person, but the lock of door to toilet was destroyed. The price is very expencive for this hotel. A lot of difference between foto on site and reality. |

I loved the staff. I loved the contemporary design of the hotel.I loved the art in the hotel. I loved the view out on to the wooded valley. I loved the location, non-touristy but close to the city center. |

The staff went out of their way to help and assist us and made a special effort for breakfast as we needed to depart early. Parking info needs to be update on website as the traffic conditions had changed had been changed. |

The rooms are very comfortable with a nice bathroom. When we arrived we were getting a bottle of champagne as welcomes present. Breakfast was very good, hotel employees are very kind and helpful If there is anything to say it would be about a leakage during a heavy rain poor. The drops on the floor in the middle of the night were keeping us wake up and was frustrating. They offered us an other room for the other day. |
