2 Girls on reception where very helpful and accommodating. Hotel was clean and well looked after.We had a large balcony in our triple room which was great.only short walk or cheap 5 min taxi into old town |

Staff extremely helpful and friendly, did everything possible to make stay enjoyable including; ease of arranging collection and return lift to airport and the loan of a corkscrew and two wine glasses to drink our very nice bottle of local Croatian wine, on the balcony whilst enjoying the sea view. |

Very service minded and friendly staff with good English skills. I feel like I know them all after staying there a week. Our room had a great view of the sea. Romantic sunsets on the balcony. :) Walking to the old town takes about 25 minutes, the nearest beach is a 10 minute walk away. The hotel arranged a fair priced and comfortable car transport for us to Montenegro and back. "You bring your passports, we'll handle the rest." A little traffic noise when sleeping with the balcony door open (which I do), but it didn't make me sleepless. |

The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful and their English was really good. They made us feel really welcome and helped us with good places to eat and which beaches to go to etc. The room was big and clean with a lovely balcony with a sea view. We had moved from a horrible place in Dubrovnik and this place made up for it. The breakfast was great too. Location wise it was fantastic for us, we could walk back to Dubrovnik or to Lapad (both of which took around 20-30 mins) or get the bus from just outside. We would definitely come back and stay here. |

The hotel is on the main road that connects Dubrovnik old town to the resort of Lapad and if you have a front room, you will have a nice view over the sea. I found the hotel staff all very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is fairly new with decent sized rooms that were very clean. The entrance is hard to find and the walk into dubrovnik is 20 minutes purposeful walking (uphill coming back) rather than the 15 minutes advertised. |

Distance to Dubrovnik old town quite far. Hotel clean, but very dated interior. No safe in room. Not enough hotwater for 2 quick showers after each other. |

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Das fängt bei dem Komfort der Betten an und endet bei dem Frühstücksangebot. |

Il y a toujours quelqu'un à la réception, le personnel très disponible et souriant répond à toutes les questions. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 15mn à pieds de la vieille ville, 5 minutes d'une jolie plage, et 20mn du port pour les excursions. Les lits doubles sont en fait des lits jumeaux à cadres séparés et à matelas un peu trop tendre, ce qui n'est pas génial. La chambre est un peu austère, il n'y a pas de dessus de lit. |

El hotel es mejor de lo que parece en las fotos, por lo que me sorprendí gratamente. La ubicación es buena, está bien comunicado con el centro y en un lugar agradable. Nos es tan ruidoso como leí en la web, es tranquilo y el personal es muy amable. Está limpio y nuevo. Todo me ha gustado. He puesto que lo elegí por el precio, pero no es barato, simplemente era lo más barato que había. |

L'hôtel est relativement proche de la vieille ville (15 minutes à pied), d'une plage publique (8 minutes à pied) et dispose de places de parking réservées. L'enseigne de l'hôtel pourrait être mise davantage en évidence, ce qui faciliterait sa localisation. |
