Great rooms- really comfortable, spacious and well laid out. Very Good breakfast. Spa facilites when fully working. Sea views. Libertas buses which were very good value and whose drivers were very accommodating and which went from the road outside the hotel. Many facilites were not operational and that was disappointing as they were advertised and a significant part of the reason we chose the Radisson. Unsafe to walk on busy road outside the Resort. Limited food options in resort and no restaurant in Orasasc. To go anywhere you had to work around Libertas Bus schedules ( be sure and get full list of buses passing outside resort from Libertas office and not just # 35 which comes down into resort) (cost 150Kn) or Hotel shuttle (cost 370 Kn) and these are infrequent especially from 11.00 to 16.00 and again after 20.00hrs. At times therefore there was a sense of "house arrest". €40 cost if a guest wanted to play tennis and had to rent equipment for 1 hour on an outdoor court. |

The food next to the pool is great. The rooms are lovely. Staff at the reception friendly. We had a good time. We didnt like breakfast staff. Not very helpfull. Saw mother with baby in her arms dragging a high chair and nobody from staff helped her. If we asked something lile hot water we were told to get it ourselfs... Nobody comes to ask if you want coffe or tea... Not very good for 5 star hotel. They need to improve few things. I understand they are newly opened. |

Fabulous hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food excellent in all restaurants. .breakfast buffet needs to be better organised - this is a slight criticism which I am sure they will have sorted by the beginning of next season. |

I was most impressed with the quality of the hotel, the service and strong customer focus, the quality of the food in the restaurants and also the value for money offered. Not many things to fault but a climbing wall was advertised which did not exist and also a sandy beach may have been more user friendly. |

We had an wonderfull appartment with a huge terase and a see view. The hotel was at his beginings and was not crawded at all. The music in the evenings was very nice. It is relativelly closed (but 17 km far) to dubrovnik so we could visit the city too without too much effort. Visiting Dubrovnik with the hotel taxi boat was very nice too. The Cilantro reastaurant was a very pleasant one. - in the bathrooms there were no hairdryer; in the fish market restaurant it happened that we ordered 2 homars and on the recept were 9 portions of shellfish (we disovered that the next day and did not follow up, but...) |

The hotel is very well situated. The staff are extremely helpful and in general very efficient. The hotel offers many services, but the best thing to do is rent a car. The hotel is 12 km away from Dubrovnik. |

The hotel and surroundings were beautiful. Three pools and a beach meant no difficulty with overcrowding, and an over-16s pool was an excellent idea. The shuttle boat into Dubrovnik was also a good service and a lovely way to see the coast and the Old Town Port itself. Our deal on a Junior Suite was wonderful - (the suite itself is huge) and a double balcony on the corner of the building meant truly panoramic views. We felt the staff were inexperienced (perhaps understandably)and sometimes disinterested (less so!). For a 5 Star Hotel one expects 5 Star Service which was rarely forthcoming. Also the price of food in the various cafes and restaurants was very expensive for proportionately average fare, in particular the Fishmonger. The breakfast buffet was, in contrast, very good. |

Brand new (July `09 opened) luxury beach resort hotel, great location at the sea, spectacular views, excellent breakfast buffet, choice of several good restaurants and bars (inside the resort) with acceptable price level, 3 pools (one is kids free - silent). Air con / ventilation in the toilet to be improved (slight smell in the toilet room) |

the hotel is brand new. the resort is great - it has everything! great spa and pool area. various restaurants. many sport options - jet-ski, water-ski, gym...the deluxe room is quite big.great balcony with a breathtaking view over the adriatic see. the internet is for free! the stuff is friendly and polite. the breakfast was a mess. no clean and prepared tables for the guests. everyday the same menu. too little juices...not all the restaurants and shops are open yet. the sport fields are not ready yet. the distance to Dubrovnik is 10 km. |

Totally disaster checked in experience! Such a large hotel with only 3 desks 3 staffs. Wrong room was given, as the room had already checked in by other ppl. We opened the door with the key card and a kid ran out from the room. Very embarrassed! Wasted long time to get our room sorted. No sign to show the direction, leave you to explore the entire hotel by yourself. |

The hotel had just recently opened so all facilities advertised were not yet available although staff went out of their way to help and accommodate in whatever way they could. Plenty to do and many places to visit & again staff in tour operations were excellent No information leaflets provided in rooms with regard to operation instructions for telephone & television & room service menu, opening times for restaurants etc.which I would see as a minor fault which could easily be rectified |

very relaxing, only been open 2 weeks so everything new and modern. Choice of 3/4 restaurants to eat at. Once fully open the resort should be excellent for quiet family holiday. as it was new there were many things not open, like shops, sports centre, no money exchange - as we had an apartment we had to get a taxi to nearest supermarket to buy supplies and again to nearest town to exchange money. |

The hotel just opened, so all facilities are fresh and clean. Staff is friendly but obviously stressed. Beach is 1 minute away - very convenient, can be quite windy however. The airconditioning kept pumping cold air into the room no matter what we did with the switch. Only opening the balcony door stopped the flow, but then we were bothered by the noise outside. The hotel just opened, hope they can fix all the bugs soon. |
