Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Dubrovnik Sun GardensNa Moru 1, Orasac, 20234 Dubrovnik (Show map) Excellent, Score from 445 reviews“The resort was possibly the best I have ever stayed in! It is in an absolutely amazing location with stunning views of the sea from every aspect. I have travelled a great deal and was most impressed with everything especially the wonderful staff who were outstanding in every day. Even though it is far from my home in Australia I will definitely be back!”

Spacious Rooms, Professionalism and Friendliness of staff. Location in the middle of nowhere, expensive taxi and at least 20 mins drive (excluding calling time) each time you want to see a bit of live. Housekeeping only once in three days.

Very nice rooms with seaside view, spacious bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Excellent pool facilities. Service at some of the restaurants was very poor, staff generally not able to answer questions about the facilities. Food in the restaurants is too expensive

Superb luxury every where The garden residence combined with 5 star luxury is great. The restaurants very too expensive. 80 Kuna for a small pizza...come on. A bakery should be open in the morning - not at noon.

The resort was spotless. Loads of umbrellas and deckchairs at the beach and the pools. The residences had loads of space too. The resort was expensive and the charge foe the bus to Dubrovnik was very expensive. It really added to the cost of the holiday. Not a lot to do during the day. Not a lot to do in the evening. No co-ordinators to tell people what was happening. No night life.In the residences there are no mirrors in the bedroom! These are needed to apply make up and do your hair!

Sun and good weather. They kept my room clean (althought the maid woke me almost every morning trying to clean at 9 am. This hotel is extremely expensive for what you get. Nothing is included in the price of the room. The service is spotty at best and the food is mediocre. While the facility is nice a large percent of the features are in need of repair and don't function at all. The hotel is located 12 km from Dubrovnik and it is very inconvenient (and costs more money) to get to the city. This place is filled with families. That is okay, but it should be advertised as such. Staff is willing, but very poorly trained.

We enjoyed the hotel but we only have two complaints, firstly it was a distance from the city but that's both a pro and con. The second is that their fish reststarant was very over priced and the head waiter was very rude. We paid 90 euros for a starter, main course and a bottle if wine. My girlfriend got the wrong food and when we went to pay by credit card,he nearly started crying.I Would never eat here again

Nice location outside of Dubrovnik, beautiful appartements also for families When I booked it it was announced with a lot of additional services: Finally, when we arrived nothing was anymore in place as outside of season: So, no boot trips to Dubrovnik no Supermarket open no hotel offers to do something with kids very uninformed hotel staff and no serves support and all was still in description during booking. Very very disappointing experiences, especially with kids. Just very much frustrating that no one was carrying about apartment./ guests. No value for money and extremely disappointing.

Allowing us to check-in earlier. Upgrading us (after our request though). Very nice apartment rooms. Nice surprise that they took out the sun beds on the beach despite the cold weather. Since the season is done the resort is not only empty with people but also the restaurants are closed. And the once which were open had strange opening hours - the bakery would open at noon and restaurant close at 18.00. It is understandable that it's off season but not that nice for the guests who actually are there at that moment.

Very nice hotel at excellent location, right next to amazing Dubrovnik. Spacious and clean room (we stayed at a deluxe), nice sea view (from floors 4-5 stunning views). Breakfast was also good, with a wide range of choices. The hotel's beach and the swimming pools are really very nice and you can enjoy many restaurants and bars in the resort. However be prepared to pay really a lot... All in all we liked the hotel, but there are many things very far from being a 5 star place. The internet was not working at all and nothing was done in order to fix it (we know we are sorry - was always the answer). The staff is not too friendly and definitely not trained to fit a 5 star standard. The services (restaurants, bars, spa) are really very expensive, even more pricy than in New York or HongKong!!

Lovely setting, very clean everywhere, friendly staff. Very expensive, even just for bread in the shop, never mind a meal in the restaurant! Also lots of steps, so not ideal with a pushchair. Wish I had known about towel service beforehand as that would have saved a big space in suitcase. Worst thing was that rooms not available til 4pm so if your flight is earlier you may be stuck in your jeans feeling v hot for a couple of hours. They should at least be able to give you a nice cold drink of water in reception while you wait. Plus side is that you don't have to check out til 12.

Hotel room was full of ants. Choices of food in the restaurant were extremely poor and outrageously expensive. Even in the best places like Spain it would be hard to spend 100 Euro on a lunch for 3 (without wine). Moreover, the shuttle to the city could have been free, it is ridiculous to charge for such shuttle in a 5 star hotel. Overall, the location and natural beauty was overshadowed by poor accommodations and poor restaurant choices.

Beautiful resort, great spa. Residence apartments were very nice for a family. Being winter nearly everything was closed - that would have been nice to know ahead of time.

From the time you entered the groungs you had afeeling that this was going to be a special place. Indeed it was from staff to rooms, from dining to spa facilities all were outstanding. The layout of the site and the spectacular coastal views makes it very user friendly and a place for life long memories. We highly recommend this hotel Being charged twice for the room............

I loved the location, the design of the resort, the heated pool, the sea view appartment, the spa, the luxuriousness, the staff, the restaurants and the size of the resort. The price of the breakfast in the main hotel.
