Nice hotel, very nice room and a superb restaurant

I had a room on the streetside, which is extremely noisy. Sounds like the tram drives through your room. Think the other rooms are better located.

Top Hotel

Great looking hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and restaurant for dinner. They even made up a breakfast bag because we checked out early. Although it's a wee bit out of the city centre, there's a tram stop very, very close and 2 trams that go straight into the city centre.

The restaurant El Bull steakhouse was very impressive with great food and lots of choice. The spa and facilities are great too.

Its unfortunate that space limits the availability to add a pool to the hotel. The location isn't the best but is served well from trams. Albeit they take 20mins to get to hotel from central Zagreb.

Stylish hotel with first class staff. Rooms were big, new, clean, and modern.

A little far from the city center, and a little pricey compared to other hotels we stayed at in Croatia.

A great, quality place to stay, without the high prices of downtown Zagreb. It's an easy tram ride into the city.

It was a perfect stay. It wasn't far from downtown Zagreb but we also had a car. The staff were quite friendly. Our room was fantastic, a real suite. Breakfast was dimple but they had a cook on hand to make your preferred eggs and bacon which was included in the breakfast price.

This is a relatively new hotel. ALthough it is is a little out of town it is good if you want to experience life in a more authentic local setting. The double room I had was very comfortable and a decent size. There's a tram from the main train station that stops near the hotel (tram #4) and if you wanted to make your way to the main centre there is at least one tram from near the hotel that will take you there. The steak restaurant in the hotel is quite decent as well. The wifi was reliable and there is a decent size safe in the room. The staff were also very helpful.

Hotel is smaller and almost new, no too busy and noise,if u like steak for meal and glass of good wine this is good place to try one.Location is good, even if it look bit far from centar.

The hot tub in the room was an added bonus. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was good.

We were disappointed that the gym and spa were only open from 14:00 each day. The gym facilities adequate but not exceptional.

The rooms were very good. The Car Parking is free and private.

The bathroom was large and fancy; the whole room looked very well and was really clean

The breakfast could be improved e.g. there were no vegetables on the table, hot chocolate was not included in the price

The stay was excellent, the staff is very friendly, the rooms large, clean, modern, breakfast usual, an excellent restaurant, parking safe, good connection to the city center

Very nice rooms, big bathroom. Parking on side for free.

Too small room in comparison with bathroom, and not good food in the restaurant - however we were eating only vegetarian food, while the restaurant is steak house. But anyway even that food should not be as it was.

We were a group of 8 friends visting Zagreb for the Christmas market. The hotel gets top marks. Staff were excellent, rooms excellent, restaurant excellent, and also a very good spa. Even though is is not in the centre we would definitely stay there again. It's fantastic value for money and could not have been better for our purposes. Tram goes from right outside to the City Centre, which would have worked perfectly had it not been for the major snowfall which caused severe traffic disruptio to the whole city. A real adventure!

Beautiful big room tastefully decorated. Stunning bathroom with shower and bath plus his and her wash basins. Super fast wifi and friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel, have booked my return visit already.
