Rezidencija Skiper Suites  

Skiper Suits are incredible! It feels like having your own apartment in the residential complex on the sea side. It extremely clean and very well equipped (the only thing missing by our opinion is a laundry machine) with all branded kitchen appliances, kitchen clothes and kitchenware you might need. Previously mentioned sea view is amazing and you can enjoy it from a terrace big enough to have dinner with another 2-3 friends. The location is 7 kilometers from the city of Umag, or 10- 12 minute car ride, which is more than ok. You get all the silence of not being in the city, but you're close enough to it. And you have Kempinsky just nearby, should you wish a fancy meal or just a nice espresso with a pool view. And I have to mention very professional and helpful staff working there - receptionists, cleaning lady and janitor (who repaired our tv in 15 minutes from our call). We'll definitely come back for 10 days in July or August, which is the best recommendation that I can give. And an advice: if you like good olive oil, there is an amazing farm nearby selling domestic olive oil and olive leaf tea. The name is "Farma Jola" and we were astonished how high-tech their production process is. And word of advice - Istrian olive oil is quite spicier and... Well rougher than for example Tuscan. I love it, but it's not for everyone. Well worth trying.

We had an appartment which was far better then the photos on the hotel site.

La suite è molto ampia e luminosa; molto bella la vista, anche se l'accesso al mare è un po' lungo.

Il ristorante del residence era chiuso; era utilizzata la clubhouse del Golf Club Kempinski per la colazione, che non abbiamo potuto fare perchè mancavano le brioches e qualsiasi altra cosa da mangiare (resort 5 stelle!).

Restaurant ist nicht sehr gut - es gibt keine Möglichkeit am Abend ein Glas Wein zu trinken (Restaurant ist nur zum Essen)

Die Suites sind wirklich sehr geräumig, man hat sehr viel Stauraum für Gepäck, große Zimmer und eine Geschirrspülmaschine, womit auch bei Selbstverpflegung nur sehr wenig Zeit für Hausarbeit verschwendet wird. Täglich kommt die Putzfrau, somit ist es auch trotz Strandurlaub immer sauber. Wellness-Angebote können im benachbarten Kempinski Hotel wahrgenommen werden, Preise natürlich dementsprechend... ;-)

Mein Sohn hat versehentlich ein Glas kaputt gemacht. Ich habe es gleich am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption gesagt und angeboten, dieses zu bezahlen. Als Antwort kam dann, das brauchen Sie nicht gleich zu bezahlen, wir setzen es auf die Endrechnung. Bei 320 € pro Tag noch 10 Kuna (knapp über einem Euro) für ein deppertes Glas zu berechnen finde ich schon etwas daneben, aber gut, ich habe es sofort bezahlt... ;-)

Die Imperial -Suite war sehr groß und in sehr guter Lage.Die Ausstattung erfüllte alle Wünsche. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre war ideal. Das Personal in der Anlage war äußerst freundlich und bemüht.Besonders engagierten sich die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Die gesamte, weitläufige Anlage war sehr gepflegt- tolle Aussicht auf`s Meer und viele Grünflächen! Schöner Golfplatz! Minimarkt in der Anlage hat ein gut durchdachtes Sortiment an Waren des täglichen Bedarfes. Rezidencija Skiper ist zu empfehlen für einen Urlaub zu zweit oder mit älteren Kindern, da der Zugang zum Meer nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet ist und nur ein kleiner Pool vorhanden ist.

Einige der Stufen, die ins Meer führen ,waren teilweise (noch?)unsauber (Rutschgefahr) Zu verbessern wäre sicher die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken im Restaurant, wenigstens abends hätten wir ( und andere Gäste) gerne Cocktails genossen, die wurden leider nicht angeboten. Aber vielleicht kommt das in der Hauptsaison, das setzt man bei den gehobenen Preisen (auch in der Vorsaison) voraus.

Poloha, výhľad, pekné prostredie, dobré možnosti pre individuálnu turistiku a šport

Za 200 Eur/noc žiadne služby v cene tipu wellness (okrem fitka). Jedine wellness v hoteli Kempinski za štandardné ceny (pre ľudí mimo hotela). Na izbe nedopĺňanie hygienických potrieb, v kuchynke okrem 3 tabliet do umývačky riadu, žiadne čistiace prostriedky.

prostorné apartmány, velká lednice s mrazákem, upravené a čisté okolí, výhled na moře, klidná lokalita, žádné noční disco, dětský bazén, dostatek lehátek a slunečníků u bazénů, takže se vždy našlo volné místo

v kuchyni nebyla mikrovlnná trouba, přístup k moři je možný pouze po cca 300 m strmé cestě, u moře je betonové plato
