Riva Hvar Yacht Harbour Hotel    

Reception and Breakfast staff were lovely especially Maria. She made our stay very special.

Room lacked lighting and the configuration of the bed meant little room to move around.

Friendly hotel staff, great location right by main marina where the ferries arrive and depart from. Nice view from the sea view rooms, we were on the 2nd of 3 floors.

Room was on the small side. Suitable for couples though, not so much for friends.

The services that were explained up front such as being able to use sister resort facilities was not allowed and was the #1 reason for my stay at Riva or else I would have chosen a different hotel in their group of hotels or a different place all together. This was mis representation to the fullest and for the money they charge compared to places near by I felt used. Asking for simple things like ice for your own use was like pulling teeth. They only wanted to give if you were paying. Their main cliental are most likely used to this as it seems to be the large Boaters that come and play and drink the night away

Everything. It was the perfect amount of luxury for a traveller coming to Hvar - a place where the majority of ones time is spent outside anyways.

Great location on the waterfront - you can watch the boats coming into the harbour and people watch for hours over a drink or something to eat in the outside bar/restaurant area.

The downside to having a buzzy and central location is the noise of the bars - load music and people partying until around 2am stops you having a decent nights sleep at this hotel.

Room was awkward and very low ceilings (it was in the roof) - no real view, which was disappointing given the price.

Perfect location

The room design is very cool, with bathroom glass walls to room which we like a lot. The rooms located to the garden (ours) are very silent at night. Liked the fact that there is free wifi and laptops to use, and the location of the hotel could not be better, it is 10m from the arriving boats. You can have breakfast right on the marina with a magnificent view. Very good money/quality relation. A very pleasant stay on a beautiful island.

The breakfast could have more variety and could have better tv channels. Other than that, perfect!

We loved the great location of this hotel, breakfast on the terrace on the edge of the harbour, traffic free town centre. The staff were excellent and very friendly. We had 2 small problems with the room and when we brought them to the hotel's attention they were sorted within a few minutes. Good price for a good 4 star hotel in the best location in Hvar. Highly recommended

We stayed in a room with a balcony on the first floor. Although small, the room was spotless and as we were only there for a weekend break with little luggage, it didn't the room was small. It was great to have a balcony though which gave us additional room. With the windows closed there was no noise from the street and so we slept very well at night. Staff were friendly, breakfast was fantastic, the location was great. I'd thoroughly recommend it.

Would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

Good location. Near to sights. Super easy yacht docking.

The rooms were not so good. Moved from the first room, on top floor, because the ceiling was so sloped and low in places I kept hitting my head. The room I was moved to was tiny, and had a lot of hallway noise. Checked out a day early.

The location was unbelievable -- right next to the Catamaran Terminal on Hvar, sitting across the sidewalk from a beautiful marina. Unfortunately for us, the catamaran from Split was cancelled that day, and we had to take the car ferry into Stara Grad instead, which was about a 30 minute bus transfer away. But, catching the ferry on to Korcula was a breeze.

The room was clean and modern, but except for one tiny room we paid a lot for in Hong Kong, it was absolutely the smallest room I have ever had. Even with just our carry on luggage, there was no room for myself and my husband to "spread out" in. The view out the window was lovely, but no balconies were available when we checked in. If we had not gotten a sea view room, the view would have been towards a very close wall.

Prime location on the waterfront a few metres from where the catamaran docked. Excellent service from the staff. Good food. Good public space both inside the hotel and outdoor seating & dining area.

The room was large & very stylish. However comfort took second place to design. This was especially so in the semi-open plan bathroom area. The absence of a door and enclosing the toilet in a glass box left the space cramped with little room for the wash basin or for toiletries. The room was dark & the lighting was poor. There was no well-lit mirror for hair drying.

La chambre n'est pas toujours faite correctement et le personnel commence le nettoyage trop tôt 8h30. Cela est très gênant....

호텔 직원이 아주 친절합니다. 예약을 하지 못하고 호텔에 들렀는데 인터넷 예약가가 더 저렴하다고 하니까 인터넷 예약후 이용 가능하도록 배려해주었습니다. 테라스가 있는 바다 쪽 객실로 업그레이드해주어 더욱 편안하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 직원이 아주 친절하고 조식도 동급 호텔들을 비교하면 아주 훌륭한 편입니다.
