Good Location, friendly staff, beautifully decorated, good breakfast Room too small, fridge turns off when key card is removed (and things don't get cold enough), breakfast only served outdoors (and it rained), concierge not very helpful and too much noise from the club beside. |

was upgraded on arrival only to be told the following day the required us to move, wasn't impressed so stayed in the room but on check out they tried to charge us the upgrade rate! Poor service and professionalism at reception!! |

interesting decor - we slept under a huge picture of audrey hepburn; the glass shower was a hoot. the hallways are laced with pastels of nudes. overall, not your ordinary hotel! |

Location was good. Many things. Rooms were small by any standards and poorly designed, not even ok for 1 person (forget for a couple). There was not enough space to walk in the room, we had to take turns crossing each other. Bathrooms were nice looking but after shower water ran into the room and this was appalling for any standard of hotels. I will not stay again at any one of RIVA properties! |

This is a boutique hotel right on the harbour front Sea view was a small window, which did look onto harbour, but large yauchts were looking right into window so you could not keep open as toilet and shower room were glass and you could see right into them |

Fantastic location right on the water. Staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome straight away. We were really early for our room having arrived on the 7am ferry so they suggested we leave our bags and go relax by the pool at their sister hotel (The Adriana) and they would call as soon as room was ready. Called at 11 to say we could check-in. Its not listed on their website but you have full use of The Adriana's pool and terrace area - it was lovely and the staff their were exceptionally polite and helpful too. The rooms are modern and funky and on our second night we were upgraded free to a sea-view room. I was travelling with a female friend (not a partner) and while we don't mind sharing a bed...the bathrooms all had glass panels through to the bedroom so you get to know who is showering quite intimately. This was no problem & quite cool if you are with a partner however, I did find it off putting that the first room we stayed in had no door on the toilet or from the bathroom...I don't want to use the toilet in front of my boyfriend let alone a girl friend! It certainly made the stay interesting although in fairness on the second night our loo had a door on it - if you're a little shy you may want to check this is the case when you check-in! |

Seating area outside of the hotel facing the harbor. In spite of the expensive detailing the rooms are very uncomfortable and very very poorly laid out impossible to move around even for an average built people. Toilet and shower walls are all clear glass which is very unsuitable for this use. |

1) Access to chic and stylish indoor sea water swimming pool at Tops of Adriana (same group of hotel). 2) Harbour side location and convenient to fortress. 3) Warm welcome from receptionist Ivana and very nice and helpful concierge assistance from Petra 4) Customerized fried eggs at breakfast The art deco design was chic but not as functional especially the bathroom fixtures e.g. the wash basin and tap. The guestroom is much smaller than expected. |

Location was fantastic, was rignt next to the main bars and the main square. Rooms are very small and "intimate". There was no iron or ironing board facility and we had to ask the staff to do our ironing at additional cost. There was no spa or pool, we could use the pool at a sister hotel further away but the steam / sauna was not free to use. |

O melhor do Riva é a localização, bem no centro de tudo, com bares e restaurantes ao redor e uma linda vista. Hvar é própria para jovens, para quem ama a vida, é alegre, noite animada, com muita balada, principalmente nos fins de semana. Ficar no Riva é a escolha certa para quem tem esse perfil. Se vc prefere tranquilidade, fique no Adriana que é da mesma cadeia e fica do outro lado, em frente ao Riva. Há barcos que vêm direto de Split para Hvar e param em frente ao Riva, na própria cidade de Hvar. Se vc estiver sem carro, faça a opção por esse ferry, caso contrário, vai ter que descer em Stari Grad e depois pegar um transporte para Hvar Town onde fica o Riva (o hotel providencia seu traslado). Os quartos standards são muito pequenos, embora bem decorados. Malas grandes ou longas temporadas podem não ser adequadas nesse espaço. |

Excellent emplacement. Personnel très agréable. Service attentionné. Parking gratuit. Petit déjeuner buffet sur la terrasse face au port et vaste choix. Recherche archtecturale Design superbe. La chambre est très petite et sans balcon. Vue sur la mer un peu cachée au premier étage par les bateaux. Design un peu trop poussé car pas très fonctionnel au niveau de la salle de douche. |

Nous avons aimé la chambre (design) et la situation (juste à l'embarcadère). L'hotel est bruyant et ne dispose pas de piscine ou d'accès plage. Par ailleurs, le personnel est serviable, mais n'a pas toujours tenu les promesses faites. Par exemple, on nous avait promis de nous réserver un billet bateau (retour vers Split), ce qui n'a pas été fait à temps. Nous avons donc du raccourcir un peu notre séjour sur l'ile. |
