Su ubicación

Habitaciones y baños muy sucios. No hay puertas en los armarios ni cortina de baño, etc

la cercanía al casco histórico. En un paseo estás al lado de todo.Para pasar una sóla noche está bien, sale muy barato.

la entrada no corresponde en absoluto al interior del hotel, cuyos pasillos parecen sacados de una película de terror.Las habitaciones son cómodas, pero los baños dan algo de miedo también.

Su ubicación para coger por la mañana el ferry desde Pula a Venecia

Lo anticuado que está el hotel, le hace falta una reforma integral. El personal de recepción se ausentaba del hotel durante largos periodos de tiempo. LLegamos a las 12 de la mañana y nuestra habitación no estaba preparada, por lo que dejamos nuestras maletas en la propia recepción para volver más tarde. Cuando llegamos a las 15 h para que nos diesen la habitación, no había nadie del hotel en recepción nuestras maletas por suerte seguían allí. Cansados de esperar a ver si aparecía alguien nos tuvimos que ir a comer sin poder subir a la habitación.

El personal del hotel es atento, correcto y servicial.

Es un hotel realmente viejo. Si llegas al hotel una noche de tormenta creo que puedes tener una experiencia de miedo (literalmente)

Situación inmejorable

Efectivamente, parece el lugar donde se rodó el resplandor. Bastante caro en relacion calidad/precio

El desayuno es un poco pobre y hay demasiada diferencia de unas habitaciones a otras

La ubicación, está muy próximo al puerto. Cómodo si llegas en ferry desde Venecia. La fachada del edificio es muy bonita, muy señorial

El interior del hotel no se corresponde con el aspecto exterior. Muy anticuado; necesita una reforma integral.

The hotel was central to everything and while old, still had a lovely atmosphere

Very close to the harbour and ampitheatre, easy walk into town. Grand foyer area and nice sunny terrace for breakfast. We had to check out very early so staff arranged a packed breakfast for us to collect.

We had a very early flight and staff said they would arrange a taxi at 4am which did not turn up. Another was ordered and arrived 40 minutes after we needed it. Luckily we allowed for time! Large room but shabby, hot water takes a long time.

Interesting building reminiscent of colonial and communist days. Friendly helpful staff who spoke good English. They provided a packed breakfast since I was catching an early ferry - it lasted me all day!

Food and drink service stopped rather too early. Well located but not very well signposted. Like Pula itself, needs investment which would bring good returns but then put it out of the league of those looking for an overnight stop on the way into Croatia

The rooms and corridors were huge and very high. The furniture was of very good quality and the staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed the view of the sea and the convenience to the town centre.

The window frames were falling out and needed replacing immediately, the hot water tap had to be run for 10 to 15 minutes before hot water came through

Hotel Riviera was the only hotel I could find in the centre of Pula. We wanted to see the Roman Amphitheatre and our room had a great view of the monument itself

The carpet in our room was so stained and torn that I put my shoes on before getting out of bed

It has central location and a wonderful view to the Roman arena.

Taolet smell was unbereble. Noise from the bar nearbay kept going till 5am morning, it was hard to sleep.
