There was a horrible odor of propane or diesel in the lobby area. It gave all 4 of us a headache if we stayed in the lobby for any length of time. Inquired with3 different staff about it and all 3 acted as if they did not know what we were talking about, which was frustrating. Also aircinditioning units in each room make a consistent , regular Noise every 20 seconds -2 minutes. |

The spa is really nice, best casino in town, big rooms, nice pool, and very big common areas. The first room i got, was not clean, not smeling good, the garden on the balcony not properly repared and the walls on the balcony as well. After arguing, i changed to a nice one, but the staff took a long while to solve the problem, "the manager is not here" was the feedback, but in a hotel like this, it coulnd't happen. |

modern, clean and comfortable room, very good breakfast; hotel within walking distance to the old city (10 min walk), however far enough from crowds, nice pool and beach morning coffee with chloride taste (5 stars hotel!); bathroom can be too extravagant for some people (no doors, see-through walls) |

This hotel was fabulous! It is what a 5-star hotel is all about! The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was 100% perfect! The view of the sea was stunning! |

Breakfast buffet was good. Good location Pool areaover-run by 40-50 local school-age children in the afternoons, shrieking, running around through the sunbeds occupied by guests, kicking footballs across people, jumping in at out of the swimming pool and splashing guests Poolside music was loud techno - more akin to a nightclub than relaxing by the pool. Inadequate number of parasols for the sun-beds.Fire alarm at 06. |

The hotel was beautiful and it really was only a 10/15 minute easy walk into the old town. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were lovely. I didn't go for the executive room as I believe that they do not come with balcony and the view was too spectacular to miss. The leisure facilities and room were excellent. I ate once in the restaurant in the hotel in the evening and there didn't seem to be any hot meals, again it was cold buffet. It is quite possible that I could have asked for a hot meal but this was not offered. Not much of a problem but just something to consider. |

We really enjoyed staying this Hotel. If you do not mind to walk a little, it is the suitable location from the old city. |

The hotel has excellent location, it's only 15 minutes walk from the old city yet secluded and very quiet. We liked the furnishing of the rooms and the great sea-view. The food offered at the hotel is excelent. We were really satisfied with the Le Select restaurant, which, although pricey, served us excellent meals. And our stay was even more enjoying because of the always helpfull staff. |

Nice view I think the decor is very 'souless'. The carpet in the hotel corridors is very light in colour and is already extremely dirty even though the hotel has only been open a few months. |

Staff excellent, buffet breakfast-excellent choice Hotel too contemporary, concrete & looked like a prison in parts1!, Lack of sunbeds, small pool, didn't feel like a 5* hotel (have been in plenty), a good 20 minute hike to dubrovnik, bathroom had glass walls apart from loo, so having a shower in view not ideal, weedy flower bed on balcony & intermittant buzzing sound ?generator-continuously, ongoing works in hotel & damp patches, pool toilets |

All rooms come standard with a Sea View and a big Balcony, enough to comfortably fit 2 sun chairs and a table (not like the micro balcony at Villa Argentina). The architecture of the Hotel allows the Balconies to be very private. The rooms and bathrooms are excellent, the Spa is fantastic, and the Terrace of the Hotel breathtaking. And it's just a 15 min beautiful walk to the Old Town. The corridors can echo a little bit. |
