The hotel in general was worth the money I paid. The staff was excellent, very helpful and smily. My room was very comforable and met all my needs. The breakfast and the food was also very good. When I asked for a capuccino coffee during breakfast, instead of the normal filter coffee, they served me one without any extra cost. This didn't happen during my stay at another hotel in Dubrovnik which I stayed right after Rixos, and which was a luxury one. This might be a minor incident, but it counts to the customer. The only problem is that there is a "strange" smell all over the facilities of the hotel, including the geuest rooms. It might be a problem with the hotel's central sewarage system. |

The staff were the nicest and most helpful staff have ever met in a hotel. The cooked breakfasts and the food in the bar was dreadful |

Location - by the sea and very close (a lovely 20 min walk) to Dubrovnik Old Town. View from the room was very nice. Room was luxurious (apart from the safe - see below). The safe in the room can only open if you open the door to the room !! (whoever designed this probably needs to think about a career change). At one time I was ignored at reception whilst a tour guide who came after me was given attention by the receptionist (maybe I had become invisible at that point.....not a nice feeling at a luxury hotel). |

Good location. Nice view from room. The pool area is open to the public - who pay nothing for the facilities. Whereas we have paid 5* rates. They are noisy and bring family, even a dog! This is not right in a 5* property. At one time there were more locals and school children than guests. |

Hotel is nice, rooms are big enough, and location is good, close to old town. Staff, especially one which works in a bar on the beach |

This hotel is situated with great views, it is the height of luxury. The seating areas near lobby have one of the best locations I know, overlooking the sea, cliffs and islands, and within easy reach of the Old City. There was not decent access to international newspapers. |

Location-perfect, very near old city, but also on the seaside, well refurbished, stunning views, good breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms, well equipped bathrooms Wrong information I have received from guest relations, personnel bored,at the pool/beach there were lots of children coming from outside the hotel, jumping in pool, making lots of noise, running around the pool area, I complained but nothing happened, Booked before arrival a minibustranfer from airport (also with guest relations) got the confirmation, on arrival we waited for 40 minutes, took 4 taxis (we were a group of 11) but when checking out the transfer was on my bill (about 85 Euros), I refused to pay and had to wait for about 20 min until a supervisor came and reissued the invoice. All our group have previously stayed at various Rixos hotels in Turkey and the level of those hotels are much, much better. |

Fantastic location with comfortable & clean rooms. The selection at the breakfast buffet is unmatched by anywhere else I stayed. Staff were friendly and always greeted us as we passed them on our way our or on our return & were able to help with all enquiries we had. |

Seaview is great, rooms are oke. Distance to the old city is good. Very bad service from the hotelstaff. We had to wait 6 hours to get in our room. Staff didn't act correct on the situation. Also they arent capable of speaking a little bit English. For this price i would definitly recommend a different hotel in Dubrovnik. |

Design hotel at very nice location, exellent sea view and spa facilities. Helpfull staff, ...but not 5 star trained. They do not provide 5 star services. If you pay for 5 stars, you do not expect noisy local kids joining the pool area. Despite the fact the hotel is quite new, our room was looking like after 10 years. The same is valid for the furniture in restaurant. |

Location, walking distance (15 mins) from the old town, awesome view from the room (superior), seabeds in the balcony, pool area and sea in front of the hotel, staff and service in the pool area, free sauna and turkish baths, very good breakfast, waterfall shower Quite a few annoying little things in the room, inappropriate for a 5 star hotel (periodic noise, broken floor in the terrace, toilet is not sound proof, seabed but no umbrella in the balcony). Once you can get used to them or overcome them, your stay can be very enjoyable |

Very comfortable accommodation and great pool area. Very good breakfast buffet. As is common in Croatia the beach is off the rocks with not a gain of sand but the Adriatic is gerat to swim in. Five minute taxi ride to old town. Some minor design faults in the rooms. You needed to open the room door to fully open the cupboard door which allowed you to fully open the safe door. That has to be just dumb. |

Enjoying a tranquil location in lush green surroundings right by the sea in the picturesque Lapad bay, the Hotel More is only a short bus ride away from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. |
