Las vistas desde practicamente todo el hotel son preciosas, y los empleados muy atentos, el resto como desayunos, cenas, etc son correctos tirando a bien. Los fallos de construccción, hay goteras en alguna terraza e incluso dentro del hotel, y esto en un hotel de cinco estrellas no se puede consentir. |

Todo muy bueno , salvo no tenian una cancelacion efectuada a traves de Booking que habia efectuado y se las mostre en mi netbook . O sea con esa excepcion que se soluciono en 10 minutos todo fue excelente . |

La terraza de la habitación y el desayuno acorde con un hotel de 5 estrellas. La atención del personal del hotel. Éste está muy bien comunicado con el casco antiguo de Dubrovnik ( bus / taxi ). |

Habitaciones muy grandes, cómodas y con muy buenas vistas. Muy buen servicio. Desayuno espléndido y con buenas vistas desde el restaurante. Hall, piscina, instalaciones en general fantásticas. Acceso directo al mar desde la piscina. Aunque no está lejos del centro, se tarda 20 minutos andando en llegar. Es un paseo algo largo. Se agradecería un bus lanzadera del hotel para acceder al centro y poder elegir entre el paseo o el bus. |

la ubicación, el diseño, estar a 15 m andando de dubrovnik, la habitación tienen mal mantenimiento, personal poco profesional en algunos casos. en el desayuno no se recogen las mesas sucias, en general el servicio del restaurante mal. |

The hotel in general was worth the money I paid. The staff was excellent, very helpful and smily. My room was very comforable and met all my needs. The breakfast and the food was also very good. When I asked for a capuccino coffee during breakfast, instead of the normal filter coffee, they served me one without any extra cost. This didn't happen during my stay at another hotel in Dubrovnik which I stayed right after Rixos, and which was a luxury one. This might be a minor incident, but it counts to the customer. The only problem is that there is a "strange" smell all over the facilities of the hotel, including the geuest rooms. It might be a problem with the hotel's central sewarage system. |

Location - by the sea and very close (a lovely 20 min walk) to Dubrovnik Old Town. View from the room was very nice. Room was luxurious (apart from the safe - see below). The safe in the room can only open if you open the door to the room !! (whoever designed this probably needs to think about a career change). At one time I was ignored at reception whilst a tour guide who came after me was given attention by the receptionist (maybe I had become invisible at that point.....not a nice feeling at a luxury hotel). |

Location The pool area is open to the public who can use the facilities for nothing. We were surrounded by local familires and children....and dogs, using the pool, restauarnt... bringing in Take away meals, and sunbeds!!! V. Bad. |

Good location. Nice view from room. The pool area is open to the public - who pay nothing for the facilities. Whereas we have paid 5* rates. They are noisy and bring family, even a dog! This is not right in a 5* property. At one time there were more locals and school children than guests. |

This hotel is situated with great views, it is the height of luxury. The seating areas near lobby have one of the best locations I know, overlooking the sea, cliffs and islands, and within easy reach of the Old City. There was not decent access to international newspapers. |
