Helpful host, she met us at the bus station, brought us breakfast, and one evening surprised us with cake and brandy. The ocean view out the window is stunning. Very clean, nice little kitchenette setup in one corner.
It would be nice to have a few hooks in the bathroom.
nice room when I finally got in.
had to wait for staff to let me in. No internet overnight. Looked onto stone wall.
Location, the room was good for the price. Free first breakfast!
The owner wasn't very friendly, maybe just a matter of personality.
The photos were misleading. All other 3 apts looked to be of value for a 3* accommodation but the one we had was dreadful.
Our hostess, Ana. Very nice, very accommodating.
Location was great, 20m from the swimming spot in the old town. Unexpected little breakfast was brought to our room. Value for money was all right.
Wet floor in bathroom as overflow must have been blocked. After taking a shower the place was wet. Warm water did not last forever. Bathroom very small.
The location is perfect, overlooking the sea in the old town, just a few minutes from the ferry port and a few minutes from the beach. The apartment was clean and reasonably comfortable (though slightly shabby) and had two balconies with a view of the Adriatic. It is above a pizza restaurant - nice, good-value food, though you do get the smell of pizzas in the apartment.
The owner was very friendly. It was lovely that she brought us (unexpectedly) breakfast every morning. The location is in the old town, very atmospheric, only a few metres from the sea. The apartment was very clean and fresh sheets provided after 4 days (we stayed 8 nights). Because I was traveling with a small child the owner even offered to wash our laundry at her grandmother's house, which was very kind. The owner also picked us up from the boat. I am recommending because of the owner.
I have been traveling in Croatia for 17 years almost every summer, and this is easily the most expensive accommodation I have ever stayed in. Also, ahe apartment is really more like a room with a tiny kitchen unit in one corner. The fridge is so small that keeping vegetables on it is almost impossible. Also, the cooking area is so small and it is so difficult to move in it that only very basic dishes (soup) can be cooked. Since we were staying for 8 nights I had hoped for more savings on eating out, but cooking there with a small child moving around was very difficult. The apartment in general is too small for a small child who is prone to walking around, there is hardly enough space around the bed for two people to move. Might be no problem for 2 adults, though. Also, it is above a pizza place - we kept the window closed in the evening, so it was ok, but it is not quiet - which is to be expected in old town locations. I would recommend the apartment for 2 adults who stay out late, and for a shorter stay.
Literally right on the front promenade with a gorgeous view… The apartment was bright, uncluttered and well-laid out with everything we needed. Comfy bed, good wifi and air conditioning. Super balconies from both rooms.
Glass panelled front door lets in light from the stairwell which can be hard to sleep with if you are on the sofa bed in the living area.
No information on how to get there, no sign and no one there. Sent an email early morning before arrival and asked for direction and time, but never received any reply
First of all great view on the promenade with pine trees and the turquoise-blue sea in the background. Very kind and helpfull owners of the house with a lot of information to recommend. Clean, well decorated and equiped room.
WiFi could be work better
Warm welcome, location was perfect. Situated in the old town, on the main restaurant street. Balcony overlooking the water. Walking distance from the ferry port, a few swimming areas, supermarket close by.
The pizza smell from the restaurant downstairs…..was so tempting and made me crave pizza :)
The lady was so nice to us, she came and met us at the tourist office and brought us to the room. The first morning she brought us breakfast. There is tea/coffee and a kettle, a little fridge and crockery too. The location is exactly what you need in the old town. Lively at might amongst the restaurants but quaint and peaceful in the daytime. Easy access to everything.
Could do with a mosquito net on the window we had a few bites!
Excellent location Very comfortable and clean Unexpected free breakfast Owner easily contactable as we received the wrong key and she arrived within 5 minutes to short it out
Poor wi-fi Difficult to find the apartment due to lack of signs No real window in the double room however we knew this before arriving & it wasn't a problem
Location and view from window are perfect!
It wasn't easy to find coz there are no numbers on buildings.
Good location and nice ocean view. Close to ferry and everything in there is to see in Old Town. Our host Marija was kind enough to serve us a very nice breakfast at a time of our choosing.
Perfect location for exploring once you find it. Big tip - the entrance to the apartments is beside the Marco Polo shop which has a giant wooden chair outside it. You may need to call the owner to meet you. Free parking close by which was excellent. Lovely breakfast delivered to your door. Would stay again and very cheap.
Location was fab! Couldn't be more central.
Room was great just let down by poor internet WiFi signal.
Location! Breakfast included. Host came to the ferry terminal to meet us upon arrival.
Shower leaks a bit, making the bathroom floor all wet.
