Restaurant (excellent food, especially fish) Garden Staff (friendly from the beginning till our departure. When we asked where to find a pharmacy, one of the employees proposed to take us to the pharmacy himself, and so he did it) Good location especially for those who fly by plane or just passing Zagreb during their trip to the sea side or to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Staff was great, they picked us up from the ap as we arrived late and were unfamiliar with the location- tho as other reviewers state it really is an easy 7 minute walk (we timed it the next day). We enjoyed a quiet night and woke well rested. They prepared us a nice breakfast of eggs, bacon, bread, juice coffee...asked if we'd had enough to eat and genuinely made sure we were satisfied. The restaurant and patio are quite pleasant.

The rooms need a bit of tlc -- grouting in bathrooms is stained, carpets in need of replacement, little things that give the overall impression of dinginess - however, I believe things were basically clean for their age and wear. I still wore flip flops in the shower tho.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were even lilacs on the outdoor cafe tables. The location was perfect for an early morning flight from the airport. You can walk to the airport! Rooms are pleasant and adequate.

Unbelievably good food for the price. The owner came from his house on Easter Sunday Morning, to drive us to the airport. We didn't even have to ask.

This is a good place to stay close to the airport on your way in or out of town. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant stayed open a bit late to accommodate us. They dove us to the airport in the morning.

It's not modern, but comfy.

It is next door to the Zagreb Airport. It is possible to agree to leave the car at Barba Niko's parking to avoid paying expensive Airport's parking. Whenever have early or late late from Zagreb Airport, I book at Barba Niko, and I am so glad they join to booking.com. They have very good restaurant.

It is not luxury hotel, it's guesthouse.

My husband and I stayed at Rooms Barba Niko for the final night of our European vacation because of its location near the Zagreb airport. We arrived via plane in late afternoon and had an early flight out the next day. Barba Niko was perfect! We, in fact, walked the short distance between the hotel and airport. We enjoyed a delicious dinner with great service at the restaurant. Our morning flight was too early for us to get breakfast there. The dinner chef gave us two huge, delicious ham and cheese sandwiches on homemade bread to take with us. We gobbled them down while waiting to board our plane. A perfect ending to a great vacation.

Near airport just 3 min by car ,15 min by walk , very convenience for flight travel ,they have pick up service between airport and apartment . good service with breakfast .Room is big and comfortable but carpet is not so clean .

Pick up in Zagreb was extremely handy and free transfer to the airport was excellent. Also nice that there was bar so we could get a drink and relax when we arrived around 9pm. Great value for money.

Very accommodating staff, super close to the airport, good food, great wine, good value! I even went for a jog in the morning and really enjoyed the area. If you want to be close to the airport - stay here.

There were some insects flying aorund in the room. Could do without them.

Chocolate on the pillow was a nice touch. Very friendly and helpful hosts. They took us to the airport at 4:30 am in the morning with a big smile. Thank you.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Excellent value for money in overnighting near airport for early morning flight (which they drove me to). Much better than similar/slightly closer place I stayed at previously.

L'emplacement par rapport à l'aéroport est excellent puisqu'on peut même y aller à pied (pratique lorsque l'on a un avion très tôt)

La déco des chambres était très vieillottes (rien à voir avec les jolies chambres vues en photos sur le site de réservation), la moquette au sol ne paraissaient pas très propre et les lits n'étaient pas très confortables.

ljubazno osoblje, uredne i savršeno čiste sobe, uredna kupaonica čak i sa četkicom i pastom za zube, prekrasni lagani pokrivači od perja. Imala sam savršen san. Vrijeme doručka smo mogli sami odrediti.

очень близко к аэропорту для путешествующих по хорватии на машине удобно ее сдать накануне и, переночевав, улететь на следующий день.

может немного старовато внутри, но в целом нормально. по навигатору на машине найти сложно, но очень просто дойти пешком от аэропорта
