Tranquil location, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms neat clean and comfortable, close to a shopping center, though not central but well connected to station and centre.

Hosts were lovely, made you feel welcome and went out of their way to help. We can't fault them on their hospitality. Definately more a hostel vibe which we enjoyed. Location was just out of the centre, about 10kn tram ride, we walked it through the park by the hostel, there is a zoo! Took about 45 mins, nice stroll.

Was not the cleanest room, needs a good dust and vacuum. Definately request an upper level room unless you want to be kept awake by the people upstairs like we were at 2 am.

Just perfect :)) The room is comfortable with cute decorations , kitchen + hair dryer is avairable for this price! The location is bit complicated for the first time but u can get good deal of transport from staff, I'll suggest to contact them to Pick you up for the first visit :) And the hotel staff, Ozy and Adriana were so friendly and just amazing!! I traveled alone and stayed 2 nights there but never felt lonly, they were like my brother and sister. Enjoyed having tea coffee with chitchat in the reception surrounded by cute cats and dogs too :)) Wanna come back there again to meet them :))

The best I ever stayed in. Ozren (Ozzy), the owner, is such a friendly person, he gives perfect service. We felt immediately at home on the shaded terrace and sorry we couldn't stay any longer. There is a big Kaufland supermarket very close, you can cook your own meal in the common or private kitchen (depending on the room) or order great food from a nearby restaurant -- they do deliveries to the hotel. We enjoyed a barbecue in the evening, the meat was grilled perfectly. Also very happy with the internet connection, it was fast.

Absolutely no negatives to remark -- if you are looking at a few hotels/hostels and doubting which one to take, book this one, you won't be sorry :)

I booked for 1 bed in a 4 bed room and they gave me a solo room with private bathroom :) because nobody booked it (for free). The staff: 24h/24h, young and cool. They also have a funny little puppy. There is a nice terasse for eating and relaxing. Car transportation, free parking, very safe and clean area. Huge super market at the corner :) Everything was perfect!!!

Not in the center (but very near). They have a car if you need some transportation. In 5min in the center :)

The welcome of Ozren, Jadranka and Luna's (their puppy) was excellent! they are very kindly people. the accomodation was very good (10 min by car to zagreb) and It is very good if you want disconnect yourself from the noise of the traffic and the city. you can stay a lot of time to speak outside (in a beutiful garden) with the hostel's guest or visit zagreb or just to rest and go! you have very close to the tram stop but if you want, Ozren takes you by car up to the downtown at the same price of a tram ticket. I suggest this accomodation to all kind of travellers who like speaking to people, who like exchanging the point of view with people who come from all over the world and who wants to improve other languages.

We loved our stay at Rooms & Apartments Hace. The staff were kind and very helpful. They offer car transportation to areas of Zagreb for the same price as public transport. Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, and there is a supermarket just down the road.

Fantastic caring hosts with good English who couldnt help us enough. Public transport was easy to use from apartment as it was a little bit of a way out of town centre but host also drove us around too. Our apartment consisted of two separate bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom for an extremely reasonable price which was great for us a family of four (two older teenagers).

Small shower that clogged up a bit but we're getting used to this in Europe!

The location is a hostel. That's not the problem but was dirt in the kitchen and especially the bathroom. It can be noticed the current dirt (strong-smelling urine toilet, sink full of hair) but lack long-term maintenance. Linen color and texture have not inspire trust that you can sleep in that room. Thank God we was in transit and we stayed only one night. Price too high compared with those offered.

Great personal, very attantanable and carefull. The room was not big but great organized inside. Clean and the hostel atmosphere is very friendly!

Every thing is fine.

First of all, what I loved was how friendly the staff were. They were very helpful, even during my brief stay, and told me exactly how to get up Sljeme (mountain I climbed) and even drove me there. The room was nice, private, with a bathroom and fast wi-fi, for an excellent price, with a supermarket 200m away. I met a guy who had been there for 2 and a half weeks, just to get away and take things easy, and it is perfect for exactly that.

The only thing was when I was talking to the hostel managers, the owner showed up and demanded attention, while I sat and waited for 10 minutes or so. Was more annoying then something I didn't like but was about the only thing I could think of :)

The manager was very keen to help even driving us to town.

The best feature of this hotel are the hosts - they are very friendly, flexible and ready to help in every respect. Free parking and fast wifi, equipped kitchen, peaceful area. Centre of the city is easy to reach by tram, but the hosts are also ready to drive you anywhere at any time let it be day or night. A big supermarket is within 5 minutes walk, but fresh, good food can be ordered from a nearby restaurant if you don't want to cook yourself.

Доброжелательные владельцы, страются решить все Ваши проблемы, хотя сами их и создают. Приятный бонус : плита в номере и холодильник, рядом большой торговый центр, где можно купить еду.

Отель явно беднеет, очень плохой напор воды и плохо работающий душ, мыться было практически невозможно. В ноябре было холодно, пришлось включить на теплый воздух кондиционер, так как батарея грела плохо и всю ночь в ней булькала вода, что мешало спать. Рядом нет ресторана, имеется только пицерия, завтраков в отеле нет. Заявленный телевизор с кабельными каналами древний и не работал.
