Hotel Rosina is situated on a hill in Makarska, within walking distance of the beach. It offers free parking, free Wi-Fi and rooms with balconies with sea or mountain views. If you arrive with your own car there is a free open-air parking lot provided for you as well as an underground garage for up to 22 cars as well as small sailboats. Central Makarska can be reached within a 20-minute walk on the sea promenade. There are sandy and rocky beaches as well as fitness, spa and spa centers in the vicinity of Hotel Rosina. The air conditioned restaurant serves traditional home-cooked meals as well as international cuisine. The meals are accompanied by a large choice of top-quality beverages. The restaurant's terrace overlooks the neighboring islands of Brač and Hvar. The Rosina is a good starting point to go on excursions and boat trips to the islands of Hvar, Brač and Korčula, as well as to Split, Dubrovnik and Međugorje. Our room was acceptable, although the bathroom was very, very small, the biggest fault was the close proximity to a busy road, and the traffic noise was relentless, hence we did not consider dining there for evening meal, the road noise too intrusive.Breakfast was barely adequate for a 4 star hotel, although breakfast waitress was more than helpful. The sea view was ok but you needed 20/20 vision , but the view into the local dentists and residences was great!

The hotel facilities were excellent and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. the room was very comfortable with a good choice for breakfast. Although I was only bed and breakfast there was an opportunity to eat at the hotel at night at a very reasonable price. the hotel location. without transport the hotel is neither near the beach or the town. both can be reached by foot but this wouldn't be suitable with people with mobility problems and part of the return journey is uphill and up 2 flights of stairs. If the hotel was nearer the seafront it would be a perfect choice.

Later in our travels we returned to the Rosina for a further two nights for an unscheduled stay and this too was a very pleasant experience

Propreté de l'établissement en général,belle décoration de la salle de restaurant L'hôtel est situé au bord d'une route de grand passage (axe Dubrovnik- Split) dans un quartier très éloigné du centre. Aucune aide pour monter les bagages malgré les nombreuses marches pour accéder à la réception, il y a bien un balcon mais pas de store (impossibilité d'être sur le balcon lors d'une journée ensoleillée), nous avons demandé un parasol mais l'hôtel n'en avait pas!, La literie laisse à désirer, la salle de douche est très petite par rapport à la chambre, pas de possibilité de chaîne tél. En français, pas de service si on désire encore un peu de café, descendre à la plage ça peut aller mais c'est quand même loin. En ce qui nous concerne et de par sa position, il s'agit plutôt d'un hôtel de passage que de séjour, un bon 3 étoiles. Pour toutes ces raisons, nous avons écourté notre séjour d'une journée sans contre-partie.

Muy buen hotel. Habitaciones grandes y muy limpias. Esta a 5 minutos andando del paseo maritimo y de la playa. Tiene parquing privado gratuito y wi-fi gratis disponible en todo el hotel. Nos gusto mucho. No, todo correcto.

Hotel confortevole, stanze molto grandi e pulite, personale gentilissimo, colazione ottima ed abbondante. Nel bagno della nostra camera c'era vasca da bagno con parete in plexiglass e saliscendi doccia fissato troppo in basso e quindi utilizzabile solo tenendo la doccetta in mano.
