Great, really helpful....a little gem.

We were looked after really well by each and every member of staff. Very comfortable room. Great location. Very close to port and town. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Possibly need a sign by door as a little difficult to locate the first time, particularly in the evening.

The hotel is close to everything you need when you have just a couple of days to explore the city. Old City, harbor, bus terminal is in 5 minutes walk. Room is very cozy, clean and light. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good, simple and fresh. Personal is very-very nice, helpful and ready to answer all the questions ;)

It was a bit difficult to find hotel the first time. Suggestion: follow street Kralja Zvonimira and after hotell Hotel Luxe search for plate/sign/indicator “Royal” – it is there !!! but easy to miss.

Excellent accomodations with a very friendly and helpful staff. Location is very convenient to the old town center and port areas. Very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again

The staff very friendly, the beach bag and towels were a nice touch. The room had a balcony - not much of a view but good to sit outside.

Not your usual hotel - just 6 rooms on a floor in a building.

We stayed at Royal suites after spending a week on a bareboat charter on the Dalmation Coast. The two nights accomodations were great and the hosts were gracious and charming. The rooms are fairly spacious and clean with a small balcony at the back. The location in Split to visit the Diocletian Palace and the waterfront area was ideal. A great stay at a very reasonable price, we would stay there again anytime.

Nice hotel with accommodating staff. We were celebrating a special event and the hotel staff generously helped us plan a surprise party. We had trouble spotting the hotel. There is a vertical sign that simply reads "ROYAL" and the entry is on the side of the building. There is no hotel parking lot, but the front desk clerk rode with us to convenient parking nearby. There's no elevator, so be prepared to haul your luggage up some steps. Good breakfast. If you don't see scrambled eggs when you get to the breakfast room, just wait 30 seconds and they'll ask whether you want them plain or with ham. The hotel location is great -- just a 3-5 minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the waterfront/ferry areas. Our beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and high quality. This hotel was great value for the money and I would definitely stay there again.

No elevator, but they'll help with luggage.

Perfedt for our needs

Not so much a hotel but a boutique suite of well appointed rooms. Free wifi, stereo, TV. Mini bar . Excellent buffet breakfast. We were there for 4 nights on the way to our holiday home in Italy so had no beach towels with us. We wanted a day on the beach and when we got back to our room after breakfast , a beach bag and towels had appeared. This just about summed up the extremely helpful owner and her courteous staff . Highly recommended for a short break in Split

The personell were extremely serviceminded. The rrom looked nice, was nice temperature and smelled fresh. Also the breakfast in the hotel was very good. It was also very quiet even though it is very close to everything.

It said in the description at booking that the room s had balcony. It turns out only two rooms had balcony and you had to reserve one with a balcony if you wanted. We had looked forward to a balcony and was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel. But, the hotelpersonell did understand our dissapointment and gave us a reduction in the price to try to compensate for it.
