Sandy Beach Apartments  

Nice kitchen, good sea view

The location is a bit far from downtown and difficult to find

They look exactly as in the pictures, the ones in which we stayed on Roosevelt street has sea view from the balcony but you have to walk like 15-20 min to the sand beach. The owners are very nice, the apartment was clean, you have everything you need in the kitchen, free Wi-fi. Good value for money.

Nothing as we did not get the apartment we booked!!!!!!

You do not get what you book on the internet so be careful as you could end up in a bad apartment in a busy street like we did. Very poor hotel booking management.

Great service from start to finish. Regular and supportive communications, with staff being friendly, flexible and helpful. The location of the apartment was truly outstanding, on the main street outside the Old Town and the apartment itself was clean, spacious and comfortable.

L'appartamento è molo confortevole e ben attrezzato. La posizione è ottima per la visita della città di Spalato. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.

Lejligheden er stor. To store værelser og pænt badeværelse.

Køkkenet er mørkt. Balkonen for lille til at opholde sig på længere tid på eller spise på for flere personer. Sofaerne I stuen er for slidte. Aircon har svært ved at køle hele lejligheden ned på varme nætter.

The apartment we stayed in at 3 Klarina was in a good area of Split in that it was a short easy walk to the old town and to the beach.

The apartment at 3 Klarina was in the attic space of the building. This made it hard work for a mature couple to get their suitcases to the room as there was no lift. There was no view or balcony either. The bed was on a mezzanine floor above the bathroom and and was far too hot to sleep in. We had to make beds on the couches. There was no parking space allocated to the apartment and all spaces were being used by the large number of people swimming at the nearby popular beach. We could not recommend this apartment when the weather is very hot. Maybe OK in other seasons

Ruim ingericht appartement, op wandel afstand van zandstrand en stad. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

The apartment is clean and relatively spacious, service was friendly and the location excellent, close to both beach and city center.

If you want to spend time in the apartment, the lack of a proper living room is a disadvantage. The kitchen doubles as a "living room" with a wall mounted TV and a sofa.
