La ubicación del hotel es excelente, sobre la costa y a un paso del centro de Opatija. La habitacion superior da al mar y es muy confortable. La primera noche nos molestó un poco el ruido de un extractor o acondicionador de aire central, y ante nuestro reclamo muy amablemente nos cambiaron para otra habitación con iguales características en otro piso. El restorán es bueno y se puede también almorzar o cenar en la terraza exterior con un vista maravillosa.El parking, en la calle en frente del hotel, pero es un lugar muy tranquilo. |

Der Privatstrand des Hotel Savoy ist, wenn man in Opatija im Meer baden möchte ohne Zweifel ein Segen, die Liegflächen der öffentlichen Strände sind betoniert! Die Hauptverkehrsstrecke durch Opatija führt direkt am Hotel vorbei, das ist aber in ganz Opatija so! Die Hoteleigenen Parkplätze sind direkt neben dem Hotel gelegen, was ja nicht schlecht ist, aber die Auffahrt zu den Stellplätzen erfolgt über nicht abgeschrägte Randsteine!! |

Das Personal war größtenteils bemüht und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr reichhaltig, sogar der Kaffee schmeckt gut. Das Hallenbad ist auch ok. Der Strand ist sauber. Wir hatten kein Zimmer mit Meerblick - obwohl gebucht. Außerdem hatten wir ausdrücklich ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, und hätten prompt ein Raucherzimmer bekommen. Wir haben daraufhin reklamiert und ein Nichtraucherzimmer erhalten. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Ich vermute, dass wir in einem Einzelzimmer - das zum Doppelzimmer umfunktioniert wurde - untergebracht waren. Das Parken sollte im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen sein, ebenfalls die Benützung der Liegen und Sonnenschirme. |

Pulizia ottima di tutti gli ambienti, varietà della colazione, posizione centrale, terrazzino e meravigliosa vista sul mare, stanza calda e ben insonorizzata. Il personale parla italiano. Il letto matrimoniale aveva 2 trapunte singole affiancate e un po' corte. Sicuramente l'inconveniente si poteva risolvere segnalandolo al personale. |
