The room is very nice and clean, well equipped (they even have iron and ironing board!). All the services are well done. The price for breakfast (not included in room price) is overrated.

Location of the hotel is just perfect. I walked leisurely to the uppertown with my family in the nice evening and find no difficulty to find way back to the hotel. The hotel staff assigned me and my children connecting rooms. It was clearly tagged on the wall, our floor was A Non Smoking Floor, but my room (317) was badly smelled with that lousy cigarette smoke notice. The hotel charge too much for the daily parking fee for the car (240Hkn)

The hotel is overall excellent. Good size rooms, comfortable beds and just 15 minutes walk into the heart of Zagreb. Room had no tea and coffee making facilities. Otherwise perfect.

Airco in the rom was not functioning. After complaint they told me they would repair it. Later there was a note in my room that the problem had been fixed but this was not true and there was no cold air at all coming out of it. When checking out we asked for about 4 times to arrange a taxi where we could pay with credit card. This was no problem. Then just beforew getting into the taxi the porter tod me that we could pay in Euro. Again I saig we do not have it we want to pay with credit card. "No proble"m, we have the right taxi for you" And as you guess the driver did not accept credit card, he was told by the porter that we would pay in Euro. So in the end we did not pay the poor man since we did not have the cash. This really was due to the Sheraton personell

Some staff where polite. Free wifi and we were offered an upgrade to the Sheraton Preferred Guest rooms. The rooms were small and very old (and we had been upgraded). Coffee machine in the room but no coffee. The hotel is in need to rennovation.

The restaurant facilities are not contemporary, the food is not food, the service is simply irritating. I could n't invite anymore friends in the hotel restaurant. The room service brought to me cabernet sauvignon red wine insted of sauvignon blan. In this hotel nothing works properly and I had the feeling they are not interested in making it a good hotel. I suggest to remove this hotel from your web site. I have been there because the regent esplanada was fully booked.

Intended as a stopover between countries the price and location swayed us.Opening up our allocated room turned into a very pleasant surprise.Lounge as big as most budget hotel rooms, big en suite and large bedroom to boot we would have been happy to stay for a week. The price was as low as any budget hotel in Zagreb we had seen. The rooms included all the luxury requirements you could wish for and the hotel had an indoor pool as well.Nice to see how the other half live.

Location was good - just a 10 min walk from the lower town & shopping areas. Having found it difficult to find casual restauarants/bar food in the city centre it was great to get nice bar food in the hotel. Only thing I didn't like was the stench in the cubicles in the ladies toilets in the bar area!! Very strong smell of sewage or something! But that's the only negative thing I can think of :)

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The bar is a good place to relax and it's handy for the city centre. A little anonymous, but that's inevitable in a luxury hotel chain. My internet connection went down while I was using it three times.

You can walk to the hotel from the Train station and a short walk to the airport bus shuttle service. The buffet breakfast was amazing and highly recommended. Great place to stay :)
