Sheraton Zagreb Hotel

Ho dovuto discutere per far applicare la tariffa booking ! per circostanze che non conoscono il personale della reception mi aveva applicato la tariffa di 270 euro x giorno anzichè la tariffa booking di euro 145. Ho presentato la mail di conferma facendola leggere all'addetto alla reception sul mio apparato BlackBerry ma lui mi ha detto che per lui "non era valida" !!!!! Avrei dovuto farla stampare e consegnare il foglio......solo I riferimenti, anche se completi....per lui non erano validi !!!! incredibile.....HO Insistito per pagare la tariffa booking ma ho dovuto lasciare I riferimenti della mia carta di credito a garanzia. Quando sono rientrato in Italia do dovuto inviare il fax della prenotazione ! Spero che questo sia stato sufficiente. Ma comunque " per questo problema " ho perso quasi un'ora e sono partito in ritardo da Zagabria.Cordiali saluti

Good selection of international but also national wines

Quality of the breakfast is not the same standard than other Sheraton hotels I stayed from the point of view of freshness, availability and product quality.

The good thing is only breakfast

Need do renovation-very old room with not comfortable bathroom-for this categories hotels. And swiming pool-is awful.

It was within walking distance of the city centar where everything is.

The dining room in the hotel is very expensive

Staff was accomodating and helpful. Location was fantastic.

We put in a request for an extra bed in our room and this was not granted until our second night. This meant that the 3 of us needed to share 2 beds - not overly comfortable. Also, the wellness centre facilities were not available during our stay as the centre was "fully booked" for the services we required over our 4 day stay.

The hotel is quiet, efficient and well located

The hotel reception area and stair wells had a strong air freshener smell which was quite over powering

Unexpected bonus of a free breakfast which wasn't included in the booking. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The price quoted on the booking was in Euros. When I tried to pay by Euros I was charged a conversion fee to covert this back to Kuna. This was an unexpected charge.

Excellent hôtel confortable à proximité du centre ville. Parking à côté de l'hôtel avec accès direct.

att träningslokal och utrustning ingår i priset men ej bastu.detta har jag inte sett tidigare på något hotell i denna klassen.

man musste alle requisiten eines 5 sterne hotels, wie hausschuhe etc extra anfragen. das hotel wirkte im bezug auf die zimmer, alt uund etwas abgenutzt. die sorgfalt der zimmerpflege,die man vom sheraton gewohnt ist, lies zum wünschen übrig
