The room was clean, the location is fantastic The room was small and cramped a single room size with a double bed in it. Breakfast was limitied. This is a simple hotel with no lift. Very nosy with people checking out at nght and bouncing their luggage down the stair case. Wifi not free as advertised |

It's location. Great friendly and very helpful staff who answered all my questions, and there were a lot! I actually came back to stay at this hotel a second time and I was very happy to return. The rooms were a bit on the smallish side but travelling on my own, this didn't worry me. Just something to be aware of. |

Because the hotel is smack in the middle of the liviliest part of the city, the noise level on weekend nights until the wee hours of the morning could bother some hotel guests seeking a quiet night's sleep. |

Efficient pleasant staff, very nice room, comfortable, clean, good breakfast, excellent location for seeing Split and the archaeology. Yes, there was lots of noise from conviviality beneath the windows at adjacent restaurants and bars. The air conditioner noise was the alternative which meant take your choice of noise. |

great location inside the walls of the old palace. friendly staff. room was comfortable and clean. availability and cost of internet not clear in description onlline (it is 35K per night and available only in the lobby via wireless). very noisy group of teens staying at property and at times they were disruptive but they were never asked to tone it down. Breakfast servicable but room very very small and the layout makes it hard to get to the food. |

The hotel was located right as the map showed and it was clearly marked. The breakfast was standard fare. Front steps was a spill over area for the bars downstairs on a Friday night. |

The only good thing about this hoel was thet is was central located.Short walk if you arrive with the ferry, near shopping and other facilities. This is not a 4-star hotel !!! I would say not more than 2.We were really disapointed when we arrived. No facilities at all.No restaurant, not even a place to buy coffee. No elevator, very poor breakfast consisted of black eggs (boiled to long) yoghurt, dry bread. This was the worst breakfast I ever tasted. |

Being in an Old Town location 1. A walking map to the hotel on arrival would help. 2. A blog warned us about weekend noise. True-we fell asleep at 2.30 a.m |

Staff was very helpful, location was great, roooms were not cookie- cutter, each different, no problems with anything Didn't bother any of our group, but the location in the heart of Diocletians Palace had a bar and cafe at the front steps, and noise could be a problem for some |

The location The beds are single, even though you ask for a double bedded room and the single beds are for the size of children |

Superb location to enjoy Diocletian's palace (purpose of visit) Friendlyness of all staff, esp. front desk staff...genuine recommendations for eating places based on personal experience not kickbacks. No lift, no porterage...hard for older people in upstairs rooms. Noisy disco in front (not part of hotel) till early hours Friday night/Saturday morning. |

Small, friendly hotel in the heart of Split's old town, nothing fancy but good value for money A bit too noisy with a late-night bar next door but nothing the double glazing couldn't muffle |

Balcony, which was not expected. The hotel's proximity to harbour, sights, shops, restaurants, markets No lift. We were on 4th floor. This could have been a problem to some, particularly as you had to carry your own luggage up the stairs. |
