The rooms were decent size. Resort seemed like it would have been nice if everything wasn't closed

They let us book a room during the week they were closing. So nothing but the restaurant was open. Very disappointing. I would recommend that the resort closes completely during the time it is closing down.

Relaxed atmosphere great outlook super swimming in pools

Difficulty swimming in sea, prefer to have a beach.

We liked the surroundings and the activities for the kids.

We had some problems with noise from some of the other guests. Some from the reception was not very polite and didn't seem to care about the wellbeing of their guests.

In September it is calm, peaceful, not crowded. The appartment is spaces. The free private parking near to the apps is a good possibility. Lagoon is nice and clean. Towels can be replaced every day. Dust bean is empty daily. September price was OK for the quality, August would be twice more expensive.

The mentioned fully equipped kitchens are far not fully equipped: cutlery is poor, there is neither kettle nor coffee maker, one overused cutting board – too small. I think a sponge and liquid detergent should be provided as for example in Austria it is a practice. Internet is unbelievable expensive: 25 kuna for 30 min or 40 for an hour. Reception could not provide Umag-map. The tap water is extramely hard. Minarel water recommended even to make tea/coffee.

Lots to do in the resort

The Apartments were very dirty under the beds!! Play areas were dangerous and broken. The cooking facilities are very limited, No tea or coffee making equipment, no toaster etc. It wouldnt take much to update the resort to make it perfect!

We loved the spacious apartment and the terrace. Both rooms had very cozy beds and we liked the fact that there were two bathrooms. We loved the big shower in one of the bathrooms. Our apartment was close to the sea and the marina which gave it all a great athmosphere. The staff was very nice. The day we arrived I just had my birthday and they really suprised me when they knocked on our apartment door and gave me a small gift. Great for families with small children and not-too-noisy groups of friends. We will definitely come back.

Our apartment was meant for 4-6 people, but the pull-out sofa isn't that great to sleep on. Those two sleeping on it were waking up pretty tired. Although the apartment was very clean we found some clipped nails on the kitchen floor.

Excelent location for families with clean see, excelent pools with salt and sweet water as well.

It is a fully equipped resort with all services available (supermarket, restaurants, foreign exchange, etc) and has multiple beaches, including a sandy one and one laid with small stones, so it is ideal for families with young children. The apartment was huge, including balcony with nice view of the marina. The service and the attitude of the staff was excellent.

No internet only at the reception of the resort, but even it can be treated as plus for a relaxed vacation

The accomodation was very nice. The resort offers everything from tenis, nice beaches to diving and boat ride.

Not all flats have their own fireplaces where you can barbecue. There are some public, but could be some distance away from your flat. This is a minor problem thou. Overall, it was perfect.

A great location. Cool water pool. Sand and stone beach. All kinds of sports pitches.Children loved everything!

Room cleaning every 3 days, if we are more likely to ask. It is possible.

Infraastructure of the resort is really impressive.

1. Dirty floor when arrived 2. Had to call reception twice or thrice to bring a sponge to wash the dishes. As a result they brought a useless piece of cloth. When the slding door got broken (derailed) two calls broght no result: no one came and no one cared. 3. The worst is the noise and shouting through the night. We did not sleep a wink for two nights in a row: some youngsters were partying till 5am!! In se3veral restaurants nearby. When asked the receptionist said: "I can do nothing about it. I am simple worker" "Could you call for police?" "No, but you can tell the general manager in the morning" (sometime I thought they were making fun of their guests). Horrible hoirrible experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO FAMILIES UNLESS THEY CHANGE THEIR ATTITUDE.

Great price for a 5 star facility!

I loved the indoor swimming pool

The value for money was excellent, the apartment was very clean. The pool and water activities areas looked great, however as we visited before the peak season, nothing was open to enjoy. Would recommend this during the peak season as is likelz to be a thriving resort.

Did not have laundry facilities open, very inconvenient. No hot water, extremely disappointed in this!!! Staff not particularly fussed with this fact.

Apartmaji so na zelo lepi lokaciji.Posebno tisti v pritlicju so za druzine z majhnimi otroci,ko je potrebno transportirati vozicek in se mnogo drugih reci,odlicna izbira.Osebje je prijazno in poskusa maksimalno ustreci zeljam gostov.

Posode je odlocno premalo in ce nimas s sabo nekaj svoje,je kosilo za stiri odrasle osebe nemogoce skuhati.Potrebno bi bilo zamenjati stedilnik.Ciscenje je povrsno,zgodi se celo,da ostane apartma kljub veckratnemu inerveniranju celi dan neociscen,Trgovina v naselju je slabo zalozena(ni bilo svezega kruha), cene pa v primerjavi s tistimi v mestu precej visje.Zelo moteca so bila gradbena dela(hrup, razrite plaze in poti ob morju)in urejanje ter ciscenje okolice.,kar bi bilo potrebno opraviti pred otvoritvijo resorta za goste.

Narava,urejenost plaž,bližina mesta, dobre restavracije,prijaznost osebja (zelo važno),čistoca celotnega kompleksa...

V rezervaciji sem zaprosil za apartma v prtličju, zaradi otroških vozičkov in tudi mlajših otrok-nevarnost padca po stopnicah. Na recepciji so povedali da Booking ni posredoval te prošnje!!?? Dobil sem apartma v zgornjem nadstropju in tudi ta je imel deljene sobe na nadstropja!!! Vselili smo se lahko ob 16:30 do takrat ni bilo počiščeno!!!

Na apartmajski recepciji, rezervacije booking.com sploh niso jemali resno. Kakršnekoli želje izražene ob rezervaciji so bile gladko ignorirane. Celo tako je, da so bili malo presenečeni, da smo se sploh pojavili tam:))) Vseeno pa je bilo zahtevano plačilo v naprej. Stanje apartmaja in ostale usluge niso problem booking.com, so pa posredno povezane. Nepripravljen apartma - higiena na dnu. Družina z dvemi otroki nekako ne spada v del apartmajskega naselja, kjer je mlajša populacija, ki je glasna do druge, tretje ure zjutraj. Vse skupaj je "smešno".

Il contesto è bellissimo è ben organizzato per esigenze di adulti e bambini, letti comodi e appartamenti spaziosi. Peccato...però!

Cosa che ci ha fatto molto arrabbiare è che non avete specificato che il 90% dei servizi era inutilizzabile!!! I vari clu per bambini e adolescenti erano chiusi tutti! Il tutto poi era un cantiere a cielo aperto, ogni 5 metri scavi e lavori di dipintura opere murarie rinfreschi degli edifici, insomma un cantiere anche nelle spiaggie. Avremo voluto utilizzare la lavanderia ma anche quella era chiusa, ma il complesso era pieno di clienti. Credo che non sia stato giusto e corretto per I clienti presenti e anche da parte vostra, non avere avvisato che I servizi, ragione per il quale abbiamo scelto quella struttura... Nel periodo di prenotazione non sarebbero stati attivi!! E che in tutto il villaggio erano presenti operai e cantieri per ripristino etc etc...

čisto je, zaposleni prijazni, apartmaji urejeni, kvalitetni, ......

slabega nimam za povedat, razen previsoke cene poleti :) ki pa so opravičene glede na kakovost
