We swam, did a lot of sightseeing, walked on the beach, took the eco train, used the playground. The beach is across the street, and actually, just rocks, very difficult to find a sandy beach for the children to play. |

grosses Zimmer, Badezimmer und WC getrennt. Lage zum Meer: in 3 Minuten an der Strandpromenade. Gutes Speiseangebot beim Frühstück. Im Speisesaal ist es zu laut und hektisch. Das Frühstück kann man nicht in Ruhe geniessen. |

wellnesscenter: Terminplanung-Mitarbeiter-Angebot-Preis-Leistungsverhältnis-zügige und korrekte Abrechnung in allen Bereichen-Rezeption : arbeitet sehr schnell-trotz sehr vieler Gäste nie dicke Luft oder Warteschlangen-genug Sitzgelegenheiten,genug Liegestühle, gute Infrastruktur-hübsche Anlage-Nebenkosten nicht überteuert Zimmer war nicht mein Fall-lag quasi in einem Appartementhaus-Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung mit zwei einzelnen sehr kleinen Betten? ,eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet, im Badezimmer sah man die Betondecke durchschimmern. Werden Singles im Restaurant nicht bedient und an der Bar? -dort habe ich den Service sehr schlecht erlebt-Essen qualitativ und mengenmäßig in Ordnung, Essensreste wurden jedoch im Restaurant verworfen-sehr unappetitlich-lange Essens- und Öffnungszeiten machen Planung freier,großesPlus |

der Pool war sauber, Liegen waren genügend für die Jahreszeit vorhanden, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und sehr schön Die Handtücherkaution für den Poolbereich war hoch und es war sehr schwer einen Mitarbeiter bei der Handtuchausgabe zu finden. |

Schöne, saubere Zimmer, freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal mit Ausnahme einiger Speisesaalbediensteten, gepflegtes Ambiente, funktionierende Technik (z.B. Klimaanlage im Zimmer), bei Problemen wird sofort und zuvorkommend reagiert. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sogar mit Soja-und Reismilch für Allergiker, Abendbuffet nicht erstklassig aber durchaus gute Speisen. Der große Speisesaal ist zu kühl (klimatisiert ist schon ok,aber ich möchte in Sommerkleidung nicht frieren beim Essen), der mediterrane Saal ist sehr dunkel. Abends wurden die Speisen teilweise viel zu früh abserviert, auf eine diesbezügliche Kritik wurde aber am folgenden Abend offensichtlich reagiert. |

Die Lage im Pinienhain war sehr angenehm. Auch die kurze Distanz zum Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit im Freien zu frühstücken. Der Speiseraum ist eine mittlere bis große Katastrophe. |

abbiamo apprezzato gli ambienti nuovi e ben arredati dell'hotel, la zona piscine molto bella, la posizione dell'hotel vicina al mare, circondato da pineta e prati e con una strada pedonale lungomare. la pulizia delle camere è carente, dispiace molto perchè sarebbe un bel hotel |
