it is a verry nice place , many different things to do, umag is not that far and you are directly at the sea .Villas are pretty and it's nice to sit outside on your terras We went there in september and not that many tourist / it was the end of season and some shops were closed in the evening umag was dead. The outside swimmingpool needs a refresment, a lik of paint and some repairs . And you have to pay for a chair by the swimming pool , not by the indoor swimmingpool wich has a verry nice sunterras.if you are planning to make meals in your villa take a grill with you. only 2 fire plates verry small. |

The peace and quiet of the complex as well as the availability of many sporting facilities. The food at the local restuarant was good as was the service. |

Las villas son muy coquetas, bien amuebladas y con un porche en el que se puede desallunar o cenar al aire libre. Está todo muy nuevo, es muy parecido a las fotos que aparecen en internet. Es ideal para ir con niños, hay muchas zonas deportivas y de juego. Está un poco apartado de Umag, hay que ir en coche. |

Es gibt sehr viele Bademöglichkeiten, man kann auswählen zwischen Felsstrand, Sandstrand und einer Art Baggerteich ( mit Verbindung zum Meer) -besonders für kleinere Kinder geeignet. -Die Unterkünfte (Istrian Villas) waren sehr schön, ziemlich neu und auch sauber. Das Hallenbad war toll, die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt. Es gibt mehrere Rezeptionen -einmal für die Appartments und eine eigene für die Bungalows -die letztere ist ziemlich versteckt und nur zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich fand das beim Einchecken verwirrend zumal es auch noch grade zu der Zeit Computerprobleme gab und man uns einfach wegschickte ohne die 2. Rezeption auch nur zu erwähnen -die haben wir dann zufällig gefunden. |

Sauberkeit der Anlage, Anordnung und Einrichtung der Villen, Sportmöglichkeiten wie Tennis, laufen. Lieder kein Surf und Segelverleih, keine Möglichkeit Tennisschläger auszuleihen. |

Im Camp sind Fahrzeuge nicht erlaubt, heißt das Istrian Villas Eko freundlich sind. Im Haus gab es leider kein Besen oder Staubsauger, dies denke ich ist nämlich in so einem Luxushaus dringend Notwendigkeit. |
