In late Sept it was warm and quiet. We stayed there for 4 nights and loved the site. We would like to come once again next year. There were too little dishes. No plastic for washing the salad or for the fruit. And we were also required to buy the washing liquid and the sponge for the dishes. However there was a microwave and a toaster....if I had known that before, I would bring more food for these two machines. |

Spaceful houses in typically Mediterranean architecture. Good facilities. Easy access to town and beach. Room service a bit uncoordinated. Cleaning happened when having breakfast on the terrace. |

Es ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Die Villen sind schön angeordnet und gut ausgestattet. Sie werden auch täglich gereinigt. Ein idealer Ort für Tennissportbegeisterte und Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Das Personal war etwas "saisonmüde". Freundlichkeit und Bemühtheit fehlte. |

Die schöne große Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Ruhe. Der kleine eigene Hafen. Die Villa war superschlampig geputzt.Besonders das Badezimmer. Das Hallenbad war viel zu kalt um es zu benützen.Der Supermarkt war auch eine Frechheit.Die Regale waren fast leer und frische Milch gab es nur 1 mal wärend unseres Aufenthalts.Ansonsten nur H-Milch. |

Hatten keine Reservierung von uns,haben uns aber trotzdem untergebracht,sogar in einer größeren Villa.Sehr netter Receptionist! Hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub, würden wieder fahren. Schimmel bei Badewanne. Hotel hatte keine Reservierung von uns,hat es auf booking.com geschoben (bekamen aber eine Villa!) |

gepflegte Anlage, trotz vieler Villen Strand nicht überfüllt. Strandliegen und Wasserkletterpark extra zu bezahlen; Küche für den Preis sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Einstiege ins Meer extrem rutschig durch Algen. |

Ho apprezzato la tranquillita',la bellezza del villaggio,il personale cordiale e gentile,il fatto che non ci siano auto in circolazione dentro il villaggio, per questo motivo I bambini possono girare tranquillamente. Le ville sono ben disposte e una buona vegetazione con tanti scoiattoli per la gioia dei bambini. Sinceramente di cose non gradite ce ne sono abbastanza;innanzitutto spiagge non adatte ai bambini e sporche; si danno da fare molto sui giardini per vederli belli,mentre lasciano l'acqua vicino a riva con tutta la sporcizia che nemmeno si puo' dire; le piscine esterne vecchie e non pulite,servizi carenti,il ristorante mari e monti tanto blasonato con pesce e carne surgelati;intrattenimento per I bambini pari a zero se non qualche giostrina a pagamento;servizio trenino dalle 20,30 alle 22,00 per arrivare in centro con due bambini piccoli che si doveva ancora cenare senza contare che andata e ritorno costava 20.00 euro.Sono da 26 anni che visito la croazia in lungo e in largo e la adoro, pero' questo e' il posto piu' brutto che ho visto. |

Ruime vakantiewoningen met een hotelservice. Sol Stella Maris is een heel groot complex maar Istrian Villas is een rustig complex in dit geheel. |

Praktisch aan het strand, toch rustig, ruime mogelijkheden om te zwemmen in het zwembad en in de zee. Mogelijkheid om te tennissen en b.v te waterskieen voor normale prijzen. Goed onderhouden "park" . Ik zou wel meer aangeven in de informatie dat het eerder om een "vakantiepark"gaat met hotelfaciliteiten dan om een "hotel" |

Las villas son muy coquetas, bien amuebladas y con un porche en el que se puede desallunar o cenar al aire libre. Está todo muy nuevo, es muy parecido a las fotos que aparecen en internet. Es ideal para ir con niños, hay muchas zonas deportivas y de juego. Está un poco apartado de Umag, hay que ir en coche. |
