it is a verry nice place , many different things to do, umag is not that far and you are directly at the sea .Villas are pretty and it's nice to sit outside on your terras We went there in september and not that many tourist / it was the end of season and some shops were closed in the evening umag was dead.

The outside swimmingpool needs a refresment, a lik of paint and some repairs . And you have to pay for a chair by the swimming pool , not by the indoor swimmingpool wich has a verry nice sunterras.if you are planning to make meals in your villa take a grill with you. only 2 fire plates verry small.

The peace and quiet of the complex as well as the availability of many sporting facilities. The food at the local restuarant was good as was the service.

eigentlich alles, es war für uns genau das richtige Urlaubsangebot - tolle Unterkunft und trotzdem legere Atmosphäre

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und wirklich toll angelegt. Die MA sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Villas sind schön angelegt und sauber und in einem guten Zustand.

Auf der Website sind Villas abgebildet welche gar nicht über Booking gemietet werden können. Die tatsächlichen Villen sind nicht abgebildet und befinden sich im inneren der Anlage. Das ist eigentlich nicht in Ordnung. Die abgebildeten Villas sind 5 seperate Villen mit besserer Ausstattung direkt am Strand. Während unserer ersten 7 Tage fand ein Tennisturnier mit Konzert an jedem Abend statt.

Det var et fint ophold, og levede helt op til vores forventninger, fin service og gode faciliter

Det har ikke været noget problem for os, at der er høj musik om aftenen da det også er beskrevet i brochure men husk fortsat at oplyse om det.

Le ville sono molto belle e rispecchiano descrizione e foto inserite nel sito,

I servizi comuni lasciano un pò a desiderare, per esempio ristorante laguna x colazione pessimo,la piscina esterna è sporca e da ristrutturare

Das Hallenbad und die Außenanlage waren sehr gepflegt. Die Anlage hatte ein schönes und ansprechendes designe. Die Villas waren sehr schön und die Küche war gut ausgestattet . Der Supermarkt in der Anlage war sehr gut sortiert und hat von 8:00-20:00 Uhr geöffnet. Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Der Außenpool muss renoviert werden. Es waren zu wenig deutsche Fernsehprogramme zu sehen.
