Bello il centro benessere, confortevoli le camere. Nonostante fosse una mezza pensione, si doveva pagare per le bibite a cena e nessuno lo aveva comunicato. La sauna dovrebbe essere inclusa nel prezzo. |

Neu, nette Einrichtung, gute Lage fast direkt am Meer, freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter winzige Zimmer ohne Garderobe, ebenso winziger Kleiderschrank mit zwei Ablagen, kaum Platz um etwas abzulegen - verdient sicher nicht 5 Sterne!!! ebenso das Buffet, das zwar bemüht, aber recht einfallslos war und meistens kalt. Wellnessbereich eigentlich recht schön, allerdings ebenfalls winzig und daher zeitweise wegen Überfüllung geschlossen; außerdem nur gegen Gebühr (ca. 20 Euro für 2 Stunden!), auch für Hotelgäste! |

Super Lage mit Blick auf den Park - dahinter das Meer. Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Zimmerbar. Sehr netter Empfang durch einen versierten Rezeptionisten. Gepäckservice - sehr nett! Wellness-Bereich überfüllt, kein Zutritt möglich. Abreisezeitpunkt war mit 10:00 Uhr terminiert, als wir um 10:02 zurück zum Zimmer kamen um die gepackten Koffer abzuholen, funktionierte die Zimmerzutrittskarte bereits nicht mehr. Leider waren nicht alle Mitarbeiter so nett wie die Damen und Herren an Rezeption beim Check-In und an der Bar. |

Das Hotel ist neu renoviert worden, die Poolanlage und der Wellnessbereich sind sehr schön. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr gut, man bekommt Bademäntel, Hausschuhe, Kamm, Zahnbürste, etc. Der Balkon ist auch sehr groß und hat bequeme Stühle - keine Standard-Plastikstühle. Das Frühstück war schlechter als in dem vorher besuchten 4**** Hotel. Obst und Brötschen wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Wenn man früh morgens frühstückt, werden aufgewärmte Crepes vom Vortag angeboten . Der Saft schmeckte wie Zuckerwasser. Das Personal war sehr unaufmerksam. Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt, auf die Frage nach Zucker wurde nur in eine Richtung gezeigt. Und auf die Nachfrrage ob Obst aufgefüllt wird, wurde einfach weiter abgeräumt und nicht in der Küche Bescheid gegeben. Das Frühstück war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Zu den Betten: Alles sehr neu, aber leider eine große Decke für das Doppelbett. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. |

Un hotel cochet cu finisaje superioare situat intr-o zona frumoasa aproape de mare unde se poate dormi si manca bine. Sa repartizeze turistilor care au rezrvari facute pe booking exact camerele din fotografii nu altele similare lucru ce naste o indoiala asupra pretului corect si seriozitatii celor ce administreaza hotelul. |

- Schönes Design des Hotels, schöner, aber kleiner Pool - Abendunterhaltung abwechslungsreich und spannend. - Spiel- und Sportangebot gut. - Die Platzverhältnisse im Doppelzimmer waren eng, kleines Bett. - Die Qualität und das Angebot des Frühstücksbuffet bezeichne ich als 4-Stern, jedoch keinesfalls als 5-Stern (keine richtigen Fruchtsäfte, sondern nur mit Wasser angemachte Orangen-Sirups etc, kein Mineralwasser sondern nur chloriges Hahnenwasser (gemäss Aussage des Restaurantchefs wird zum Frühstück tatsächlich nur Hahnenwasser angeboten, Mineralwasser muss man extra bezahlen), der Kaffee ist billiger Instant-Kaffee, die Früchte sind unschön geschält, meist ist noch Schale dran, Früchte wie z.B. Zwetschgen sind steinhart und sauer). - Da Hochsaison hatte es am Pool und am Strand viel zu wenig Liegen. |

Spaziose e comode le camere. Molto silenziose nonostante l'albergo fosse quasi al completo. Buona la colazione. La camera deve essere liberata entro le dieci del mattino. E alle dieci in punto mi è stata tolta la corrente elettrica. Nessun avvisa di un tanto. Pericolo di scivolare in bagno ( per uscire dalla vasca). |

персонал говорит по-русски, кухня на высоте, близость к пляжу. The personnel speaks Russian, kitchen at height, affinity to a beach. отель 4*, в booking.com ошибка. Комнаты прокурены до ужаса, стоянка без охраны на улице под соснами, которые выделяют смолу, падающую на машины, у бассейна как в Турции туристы занимают места в 6 утра, румсервис незатейливый до простоты, клабсэндвичи просто ужасны. В спа не делайте тайский массаж - после Москвы он покажется просто издевательством над вами. Hotel 4 *, in booking.com an error. Rooms are smoked to horror, parking without protection in the street under pines which allocate the pitch falling on the cars, at pool as in Turkey tourists take places in 6 mornings, roomservice simple to simplicity, clubsandwiches are simply awful. In спа do not do Thai massage - after Moscow and furthermore Tajlanda, it will seem simply mockery at you. |
