The area had a lot to offer for our family the beach was concrete wich was great for Croatia, other places we have been it was all jagged rock. The staff was friendly, the room was large enough. The rooms are dated but appear to be getting refurbished. The windows were very thin and we were kept awake by a band that played till 2 am (not sure how often the band is there) |

Food was nice, the hotel is not close to Umag but there is a train service that runs frequently in to town. Staff were nice especially the girl at reception. Double room does not mean a double bed but two singles put together, bed frame was not strong enough to hold two people. Room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. Bathroom had a problem with the lighting and the toilet. Market was expensive so go into the market in Umag, its better value for money. You get what you pay for!! |

It was cheap 1. It was not very clean; 2. the staff was not very friendly - initially they said our reservation is not ok since it was made in the same day on booking.com - then later come back to say it's ok. |

The sea was very near, the location reserved for starngers, various world class children/sport/evening programmes free of charge. The Elvis imitator was great! The swimming pool was gorgeous. The room was very-very small, we could hardly go round the bed, and hardly open the gardrobe because the bed was so near. The room was not very clean, the broom and the mop were full of long hair, the was no shower curtain, only the bar of it. But cheap... |

The hotel does have a good amount of activities on offer particularly for children and parents. There is always something to do at the resort as there are always things going on. The building we stayed in was decrepit. It reminded me of slum housing. I was in House 13. There was broken glass, rubble and cigarette butts on the front lawn. There were broken windows throughout. |

Unsere Herdplatte hat den Geist aufgegeben, innerhalb von fünf Minuten war ein Hotelmitarbeiter da und hat sofort eine neue gebracht. Super. |

Gyerekes és kutyás családoknak kiválló hely. Sokféleképpen kialakított tengerpartja van. Mindenki megtalálja az igényét.Gyerekeknek betonozott part. De van még homokos, kavicsos és sziklás is sétával elérhető közelségben. |

Die Lage und die Ruhe dieser Anlage hat uns gut gefallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,sowie kleine gemütliche Gaststätten gleich nebenan.Alles stimmte was man zum Urlaub braucht. |

Per usare la piscina dovevi fare a pugni per i lettini, molti lasciavano l'asciugamano x occupare il posto e arrivavano tardi. App. così così, le asciugamani avevano un cattivo odore. Non ci ritornerei. |

Nu mi-a placut absolut nimic, dovada sta si faptul ca nu am ramas decat o noapte. Totul era trist, intunecat si terasele din acest complex erau deprimante.Pozele afisate pe site nu reflecta realitatea. Reconditionarea apartamentelor, a balcoanelor aferente, a tocariei precum si un iluminat adecvat. Am ajuns seara la ora 22 si parca am intrat intr-un complex parasit. |
