Position Upon arrival reception said there was not a room available, even though they had received the booking. After waiting around for thirty minutes, they gave us a room at the back of the hotel overlooking the kitchen. The restaurant buffet service was like a busy works canteen, though the food quality was reasonable. |

Hotel facilities, very kind staff, excellent location, programs every night, good restaurant, All in all: it was really a good choice! Room was not perfectly cleaned, but it was not disturbing. At this price level the use of beach umbrellas should be included in the price. |

We stayed at this hotel to relax after a long Croatian adventure. It had everything we needed - a pool for our little one and a beach side to run around on. It is the perfect location for getting around the Umag area and even has a mini train to take you to some of the areas that are a little farther. The staff was awesome and our room was large enough for 2 adults and 1 infant (with pack n play). The day of check out someone knocked on our door to tell us it was our last day - to me it was a little rude, but no real big deal. |

walking, wellness, swimming, cycle, good food we did not know if our stay was paid in your site, when we was booking our reservation, so we had to pay all cost in hotel, this was a little disagreeably. You should inform in your site, when reservated room, that service is not pay, so that we shoud pay all servise in hotel!!! |

Il personale si presenta bene al cliente ed i servizi proposti sono sobrii rispetto ai prezzi praticati. La camera non è stata preparata come ci si aspetterebbe per un 4 stelle. all'arrivo l'addetto ai bagagli non ha saputo indicare da quanto tempo l'hotel era aperto negli anni. |

das hotel wurde sehr gut renoviert, die zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, das gut temperierte indoorbecken lädt zum schwimmen und verweilen ein- das massageangebot ist auch sehr gut 20€ pro person für zwei stunden sauna finde ich überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt, kann das nicht geändert werden?---wenn schon so ein hoher betrag, dann müßte er doch für den ganzen tag gelten- |

Die Lage direkt am Meer und die angrenzende Parkanlage sind empfehlenswert. Das Abendessen per Büffett war abwechslungsreich und vielseitig. Verschiedene Fischsorten waren ständig im Angebot. In der ausklingenden Saison war es ein ruhiger und angenehmer Aufenthalt. |

Das Essen und der Strand waren in Ordnung. Die Zimmergröße und das separate Zimmer waren sehr gut bzw. dass ein Babybett gratis aufgestellt wird. Der Wellness-Bereich ist meiner Meinung nach zu teuer. Die Zimmerreinigung könnte besser sein. |

Die Anlage liegt lässt für einen Badeurlaub keine Wünsche offen.Strand und Hotel sin direkt miteinander verbunden. Die Serviceleistung des Hotels hat Liegestühle /Schirme Snacks. Die Aufteilung beim Abendbuffet. Haupt und Vorspeise gehören getrennt. Die Wartezeit beim Buffet ist zeitweise groß. |

die verpflegung war einfach excellent! Klimatisierte Räumlichkeiten, gute Einrichtung. Strandliegen waren im Preis inklusive sowie Sonnenschirme.Hotelzimmer wegen dem Baby vor 12 Uhr bekommen!!! Sauberkeit war nicht die beste. Viel Staubecken..Wär halb so schlimm gewesen, wenn das Baby nicht gekrabbelt hätte. Nasses Wischen hätte difinitiv nicht geschadet!!!! |

A tengerpart a sziklástól a betonozotton keresztül a közeli homokos lehetőségig több féle igénytónek megfelelő. A szálloda dizájnja, hangulata egyedi, kellemes. Még soha nem találkoztam olyan wellness hotellel, ahol a szaunáért külön fizetni, és azt előre foglalni kellett. Két este kértünk egy pohár bort a vacsorához, amit szoba hőmérsékleten szolgáltak fel. |

Strandnähe, Sauberkeit bei den Außenanlagen, WCs, usw. Qualität und das große Angebot des Essens, Freundlichkeit, kein Problem mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, Am ersten Tag lange keine Tisch zum Abendessen bekommen, hat aber am zweiten Tag besser funktioniert. |

Aussergewöhnlich üppiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr moderner Empfangsbereich, sehr gutes und preiswertes a la carte Mittagessen auf der Hotelterasse möglich extrem hoher Lärmpegel beim Frühstück (zu großer Speisesaal, zu viele lärmende Kinder). Eher nicht so passend, für jemanden, der gerne in Ruhe frühstückt. |
