Bra och rymlig lägenhet. Nära till havet. Personalen reagerade snabbt på olika önskemål om utrustning till lägenheten. Alldeles för lite med bara en pool för alla dessa gäster. Affären på området var mycket dyr. |

Bra, avkopplande skönt med pool och hav så nära, bra mat och bra service väldigt fint med havsutsikt Kanske inte illa men det var dåligt med glas(vin/öl),och toa papper och att vi inte kunde betala i euro på kort(endast kontant)det gjorde att det blev dyrare än vi trott,det var synd |

Bra hotell med närhet till bad och sol. Tennisbanorna var lite mjuka. Lite bevattning och några timmars arbete så hade dem blivit mycket bra. |

Lägenheten var nyrenoverad och väldigt fin med klinker I hela lägenheten, även klinker på den gigantiska balkongen. Lägenheten var mycket välstädad vid ankomsten. I köket fanns till och med flergångs- kaffefilter I elbryggaren. Vi fick en lägenhet med otrolig havsutsikt trots att vi bokat utan havsutsikt. Personalen I receptionen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Air condition kostade extra men var väldigt effektiv och nödvändig då det var 35 grader varmt under vår vistelse. Internet var gratis I receptionen. Sängen var fruktansvärt hård! Av personalen fick vi två extra filtar att ha under oss men det räckte tyvärr inte. Sängen kunde användas som trampolin men inte till att sova I. Vi hade stannat några extra nätter om sängen varit bekväm, men vi hade så ont I nacke och ryggar och behövde komma hem och få sova ordentligt. |

Very good location (very close to a beach), very nice view from a window, a lot of space to park a car, well equipped appartment (new furniture, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge, tv, hairdryer, safe, etc.), free swimming pool Wireless intenet available only at reception (300 m from our place), trashed and useless tennis courts. |

Great location. Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/plate etc and has a large fridge and stove. Great for families! Definetly worth getting a Sea view. Huge balcony was nice. Beds were hard but most in Europe are. Beds were hard |

I liked that we over looked the water. The room was spacious and clean and assessable. Everything was good accept that I put a 5 Gal gas can/container behind the linen area and asked the house keeping if it would be OK there, after confirming they understood English. That night the 5 Gal. container was gone. That next morning I asked the women and she said she took it and would return it. That did not occur.All the good things were negated by that theft. My bad luck! I hope it was worth it to that women, house keeping staff. |

Great view of the sea (for extra dollars, of course). Spacious accommodations. We had to leave a day early for family reasons. The hotel would not give a refund for that day! |

I did like the location of the resort, really close to the sea, as well as the fresh design of the rooms. It is inalienable to endow the rooms with a broom. Otherwise its impossible to clean the floor during one`s stay! So, please offer some equipment to clean the floor to your guests. |

Our apartment was very clean and spacious, located in the main block close to the swimming pool and bar. The Splendid is on the same site as the Horizon Resort and shares the same reception and facilities. The local bars and restaurants were okay and reasonably priced compared to other locations in Europe we have visited. The rocky beach area was accessed easily by steps, but you should pack rubber beach shoes if you intend to access the sea from the rocks. The weather at the end of August was warm and sunny which encouraged the whole family to swim in the sea. Pula can be easily reached by a regular bus for about £1.50 each way. A taxi for 5 from the airport and back was no problem and cost less than £25 each way. We did find the beds to be quite hard. |

Pool restaurant serve good food with reasonable prices, especially pizzas was great. Nice seaview from the terrace. Reception staff did not tell me all things what I shoud know at the first place. I actually went there few times because phonelines didnt work...( first day we did not have towels, air conditioning did not work because you need card with extra charge etc). They actually lied right to my face that all sunbeds in the pool area is free of charge, truth is that you need to pay for sunbeds! Apartment floor ( also terrace) was fully of dust, small trashes etc, especially under beds. They dont clean apartment during holiday and there is not even floor brush that you can clean by yourself! This resort is only for budget travellers. |

Staff r very nice and helpful, view is amazing make sure u get a room with a sea view,beautiful seaside but surely u need beach shoes Long walks so nt very suitable for elderly people,towels get changed only every 3 days!bed sheets every week!!! |

Nice view and ok apartement. Excellent for scuba-diving and sea-swimmers. The apartement should be cleaned during the stay. |

the seaview was great (we stayed in a seaview apartament), the apartament was comfortable we payed extra for the air conditioning, we got another apartament than the one we booked, nobody cleaned the room during our stay and it was hard disposing of the garbage because we couldn't find a dumpster anywhere in sight. |
