Flott hage og strandområde, Deilig med skygge fra trærne og markisen som var over den store verandaen. Kjempehygg personale! Stille om natten. Ja! Hotellet trenger sårt oppussing. På rommet vårt var det et ekkelt, brunt vegg til vegg teppe og altfor mye tepper generelt. Doen sto og rant og dusjkabinettet var veldig lite. Senga var så hard at det var som å sove på gulvet. Restauranten trenger oppussing. Østeuropa preg - fæle farger og møbler. Kaffe og juice automat til frokost hører ikke hjemme på et hotell i denne prisklassen. Begge deler smakte oppvaskvann og det var mye tørt brød der. |

Flott at hotellet hadde egen strand med tilhørende strandbar. Hotellet hadde også en veldig greit frokost. |

Flott beliggenhet i forhold til havet. Rolige omgivelser, hyggelig personale. Kort vei til gamlebyen (via buss). Tror ikke det stod oppgitt retningsnr. (tlf) i info guiden for hotellet. |

Beliggenheten var perfekt ved sjøen.Fine bademuligheter.Vennlig personale overalt.Rent på rommene.Det var veldig stille på hotellet,ikke noe bråk.Vi var veldig fornøyde! |

Topp service fra personalet. Flott beliggenhet i forhold til sjø/bad, god bussforbindelse til gamlebyen, kort vei til shoppingmuligheter og spisesteder, fine omgivelser for å gå turer i omegnen. Kunne vært enkel servering i strandbaren. Fikk bare kjøpt iskrem og drikke der. |

Været,havutsikten,rengjøing av rom,hyggelig personale,tilknytting til sjøen Gratise solstoler. Egen garderobe med dusj som man kan bruke når man har flyavgang sent om kvelden. |

Hotellet lå idyllisk til med en meget trivelig hage og med gode bussforbindelser til sentrum og gamlebyen. Det som trekker litt ned er at hotellet kan trenge en oppussing. |

Hyggelige folk i resesjonen. Rolig område. Natur og frisk luft. God bussforbindelse til gamlebyen etc. Fin hotellpark og god forbindelse til stranda med fin bademulighet. Reativ tidlig sol og lang solgang på stranda. Badestol etc burde vært inkludert i hotellpris. Hotellet er uten heis. det umuliggjør opphold for bevegelseshemmede. Mulighet for å tilføye heis fra inngangssiden. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was located right next to the sea with its own beach. The hotel was well priced and reasonably close to town. The room was a bit unpleasant due to a bad odour coming from the drain in the toilet, and there seemed to be no hot water each time we used the shower. So we were disappointed with that. |

The sitution was excellent only 15 mins on bus to Dubrovnik.Lovely views across the bay.Very quiet. The food was average and coffee at breakfast from machine was very poor. . . |

We enjoyed the stunning views and easy access to the Old Town of Dubrovnik using the frequent bus service. There were several flights of stairs and no lifts. For people with mobility difficulties this was not made clear before booking. |

The excellent staff,especially the reception staff. The regular availability of public transport to the city centre. Very basic facilities in the room, no tea making facilities for example. |

Good hotel, beautiful sea view, good food, friendly reception staff. We asked for a triple and received a suite, one with double bed and the other with a big coach, both had balconies with very nice view to the sea and islands There is a strange smell in the bathroom, especially in the morning, this was the only problem we had |

Marjan at the reception was very helpful and kind and so were the bellmen. The location is great and the sea is beautiful. The other men at the reception were not friendly and unpleasant. The room I had with a balcony barely had a view of the sea, there were big tress in the way. The building was old and not well maintined. It is such a pity since it is in a great location and if the building and facilities were renovated, it would be charming and romantic. |

I liked the people at the reception, very helpful, generally the staff was kind. I did not liked to pay for the sunbed, it should be free for the hotel guests, and the beach is very small, too many people , crowded. |

the beach chairs had to be paid extra, eventhough it's a hotel beach and it comes from the hotel beach bar....anyway, we refused and didn't pay! Breakfast and coffee machine! |

locationon rochs by the sea, nice thirtiees and sixthiees functionalism arcitecture, exelent staff only that the coffee could have been better (current was based on freezedried) , and the breakast fruits more ripe. |

Great location, perfect balcony to enjoy the sea views. Very easy access to swimming on the little pebble beach and sea wall. Hotel staff were very nice and great coffee in the bar. Little water leak around our toilet every morning, told staff but it didn't get fixed. Food not very good..coffee awful in the dining room |

Hotel Spendid had a great garden and beach access. It was easy walking distance to shops and popular restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. |

We had a spacious room on the top floor of the new part of the hotel with a large balcony/terrace with sea view. I think that you should make sure that you have a room in the new part of the hotel since the rooms in the old part are smaller and have smaller balconies. They forgot to clean our room one time and when we told them they did not apologize but said that "our room was probably not accessible then at the time the chambermaid arrived" which was obviously not an option since we were gone all day. Besides this, which is relatively unimportant, I think it is ridiculous that you have to pay for the sunbeds and even for the parasols on the rocky "beach" in front of the hotel when you are a hotelguest. This fact is not mentioned on this site either but I think it is a shame that these are not for free for hotelguests. |
