The accomodations were fantastic for our needs. We were there for our honeymoon and it provided comfort that was close to the city yet out of the city center so it was quite quiet and relaxed. It also had a private balcony with a fantastic view.

Wonderful!!!!!! The apartment is lovely and it has all that is necessary to our day to day. It is very well equipped, decorated and cleaned (kitchen, bedroom and bathroom). The location is superb: a very quiet area and only 5 minutes walk from the historic city center. Many supermarkets and shops nearby. The owner is very, very friendly and always helpful. I strongly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

The view is really nice there. You can see the palace, the marine with the ships and the sea. The only drawback is that you have to go up in stairs to reach the hotel (on the other hand it has a super nice view because of that). So, if you have difficulties walking take this into account.

This apartment is not located in a building with a reception. It’s really an apartment without any services like breakfast. We read several negative comments about these kind of accommodations (that suddenly the apartment is located in another place in town, that the owners were not on time to hand out the keys, etc.) so we were a bit afraid to take an accommodation like this. But no need to worry. Exactly at the spoken time the person was there to hand out the keys. The same for the check- out, at exactly the spoke time, she arrived. The apartment is located in a little street and set up like a real Dalmatian house. It was the intention of the owner to offer this real local Dalmatian atmosphere. It’s located a 5 minute walk from the city center of Split. The apartment was not super big, but really cosy, clean and authentic. Airco is available. Also free WiFi is included. There is no private parking available, although you can park for free in the street. Pay attention, streets are very narrow and it’s not always easy to find a parking place with a bigger car. We arrived 2-3 hours too early for the check-in but the lady arranged our apartment without any negative remarks and we weren’t charged for the early check-in. The welcome was warm and very friendly. The lady left her phone number so we could always call her for any questions. She also offered her parking place so we could park almost next doors. Conclusion: we definitely recommend this authentic, charming apartment with a very kind and welcoming host. - One little tip: they should have put an extra toilet paper role and offered a city map. - Wifi connection isn’t really stable (loss of connection).

It was clean, cozy and comfortable for two people to enjoy and feel the atmosphere of Split. The location was not easy to find for the person who visits Split for the first time.. Also, the noise from upstairs makes me hard to fall asleep...

Very nice and clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, a/c and spacious for two. Location was fantastic in the old town, quiet surroundings and a two minute walk to Riva and the Diocletian Palace. If you mean to spend most of your holiday on beach, you might want to consider a location closer to Bacvice.

The location was superb. From our familyroom a marvellous view on the old city and the harbour. It's only about 150 stairs away from Split centre. It's was no problem for us but the location is difficult to reach by car or bus (it's on Marjan hill).

The people that we dealth with were lovely. Very helpful and attentive. They even walked down to the maiin street to meet us as we were lost. We were given the wireless internet key and although it was recognised as correct it would not work.

Very nice place. Clean and quiet. Very friendly owners. 10Min walk from the old town up the hill could be a challenge for some, however we didn't mind the walk at all.

The hotel is very well situated There was a very unpleasant smell in the apartment. It was noisy too as you could hear people walk and talk upstairs. We did not receive the keys for the main entrance door and the tv remote control did not work at all. The price of the apartment was too high for what we got.

The staff were very helpful because finding the place is almost impossible! The unit was clean and had good internet access. The room had a creaky floor upstairs so whenever the upstairs tenant walked, you heard it loudly downstairs. The furnishings of the room were a bit spartan.

The location was great.in the old town & once you found your way there it was very close to the bus terminal;ferry port;markets & general shopping.we only met one staff member & she was excellent. It might be suggested to the owners that if clients are arriving by bus or ferry that they provide a pickup service.the old town is a maze of small lanes which wind in & out of the area.once you at the apartments it is very easy to get around.it is just that initial arrival(with luggage) that can be a problem.other than that no problems whatsoever.

Host was very kind in all respects. She even organized (and paid, what we did not know in advance) a taxi for our transfer to the harbor at the last day of our stay in Split. Is difficult to access with a lot of baggage and/or buggy as many steps have to be climbed between the city center and the apartment (without additional baggage/buggy this 15 minutes walk is pretty though).
