Split By Apartments  

The view is really nice there. You can see the palace, the marine with the ships and the sea.

The only drawback is that you have to go up in stairs to reach the hotel (on the other hand it has a super nice view because of that). So, if you have difficulties walking take this into account.

Wonderful!!!!!! The apartment is lovely and it has all that is necessary to our day to day. It is very well equipped, decorated and cleaned (kitchen, bedroom and bathroom). The location is superb: a very quiet area and only 5 minutes walk from the historic city center. Many supermarkets and shops nearby. The owner is very, very friendly and always helpful. I strongly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

Close to city centre, everything was walking distance. Great location. Apartment was very clean and cosy.

Nothing everything was perfect

Very nice and clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, a/c and spacious for two. Location was fantastic in the old town, quiet surroundings and a two minute walk to Riva and the Diocletian Palace.

If you mean to spend most of your holiday on beach, you might want to consider a location closer to Bacvice.

Was nice and clean and modern. Airconditioning was a great plus

That it was a 10 minute walk up hill from the old city.

The people that we dealth with were lovely. Very helpful and attentive. They even walked down to the maiin street to meet us as we were lost.

We were given the wireless internet key and although it was recognised as correct it would not work.

The staff were very helpful because finding the place is almost impossible! The unit was clean and had good internet access.

The room had a creaky floor upstairs so whenever the upstairs tenant walked, you heard it loudly downstairs. The furnishings of the room were a bit spartan.

Host was very kind in all respects. She even organized (and paid, what we did not know in advance) a taxi for our transfer to the harbor at the last day of our stay in Split.

Is difficult to access with a lot of baggage and/or buggy as many steps have to be climbed between the city center and the apartment (without additional baggage/buggy this 15 minutes walk is pretty though).

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Struttura ben posizionata rispetto al centro città.

Belle vue sur la vieille ville et la mer, petite terrasse au calme avec sofas, appartement bien climatisé, propriétaires très accueillants et charmants, facile pour descendre visiter la ville ou pour aller manger un bout le soir (quelques bons restos à découvrir) ou pour se balader dans la réserve naturelle sur le haut de la colline Marsan qui jouxte l'appartement. Attention appartement pas facile à trouver sans gps ou carte détaillée.

Qui dit facile pour descendre en ville dit aussi un peu fatiguant pour remonter à l'appartement (possible à pied uniquement ou au mieux en mobylette), mais les petites rues typiques sont propres et très sûres, on oublie vite l'effort . Pas de parking sur place, il faut aller chercher une place à 5-10 minutes à pied.

Beliggenheten og utsikten som beskrevet stemmer ikke, for leilighetene er spredt. Adressen som kommer opp I kart, er hovedkontor for utleien. Vi måtte be utleier møte oss, for vi visste ikke hvor vi skulle bo. Utsikt som beskrevet stemte derfor ikke...Det ble et langt stykke å gå ned til havna.

Appartement tout neuf. Très belle décoration. Excellemment situé à côté de la vieille ville de Split.
