Split City Breaks    

- Warmly recommend this hotel, great location on the really center of the old town and 400m from the port and the promenade of it!!! - staff even bring us from the aeroport - Super +++++

- The residential design (just new) of the appartment and the cleanliness. - The localization near the city hall and all the attractions of the town.

- The soundproofing was good but not enough for a saturday night when you are at the first floor upon a city bar which has a lot of bass until 2 AM.

Modern appartment, with most of the things one needs to feel at home. If you miss something, the owner will do his best to provide it to you.

A bit far from the city center. No views. An unfriendly neighboor. Bad luck really, as most people in Split and around are very friendly and generous. A bit pricy, particularly at low season.

Good choice: not far from the city center ( a short 15-20 minutes walk), and very close to the best Split beach. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, in a very calm area

The location was amazing, directly in the old city courtyard. Excellent design and proximity to all locations. Staff very helpful.

It being an apartment, was not serviced too often, bit noisy at night time, but we didn't mind that too much.

If we had the time, we would have stayed there longer...The rooms are at the very center of Split very close to everything. Spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated...

Stayed here for 4 days and loved it! Our host, Lydia could not be more helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and we were provided with fresh towels, soap and complimentary drinks. Lovely view from window, not too noisy and a fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Awesome localization! Beautiful apartment. Be prepared to walk to the car, but this is the price for living in the very center of Split !!!

everything was cool!

I write travel guides for a living, and I can say that this is probably the best room I've ever stayed in at this price (in Europe at least), so at €40 a night it has to be one of the better value options in Split. Everything in the room seemed first-rate, and you can tell that the young couple who run it put a lot of effort into the details. One window has a great view of a small square and some rooftops (we were on the 2nd floor). Just an outstanding place to stay all the way around - it even smelled great!

The only downside is that the other window faces a small but exceedingly popular bar/party street, so at the weekends (and one would assume the entire summer) the the noise from the crowd below is deafening - meaning that if you're a light sleeper and don't want to be up till 2-3am, perhaps you should look elsewhere. It also seems like a few independent owners have pooled their accommodation under one name on Booking (ie Split City Breaks), but I would assume that all the facilities are up to similar standards - we stayed at Dosud Apartments.

Staff was really helpful. The location could not be better. We stayed at the Dosud Apartment which was really cozy. Perfect choice!

Bien situé, dans une petite rue trnaquille à la sortie des murs.

L'appartement est joliment décoré avec des meubles et de la Deco de chez IKEA !!! La localisation est parfaite en plein cœur de la vieille ville !!! Près de petits restos et bars Sympa !!!

La porte de la douche qui était pas bien fixé dans la glissière !!! j'avais toujours peur que la porte tombe sur moi et le pommeau de douche qu'on ne sait pas fixer sur son socle au mur !!!! Un tout petit peu bruyant mais sans plus !!! Âme sensible à un peu de bruit de la vie nocturne s'abstenir !!! Moi perso ça ne m'a pas dérangé du tout !!!!

Très bon qualité/prix, accueil formidable (on est venu nous chercher là où nous étions dans Split pour nous amener à l'adresse exacte). Petit Studio idéalement placé, très cosy et bien équipé.

Dairenin bodrum katta olduğu otel özelliklerinde belirtilmeliydi.Buzlu camların arka bahçeye yönelik olması iyi yanı olsa da, merdiven çıkmayı beklerken, merdivenlerden aşağı inmek, hazırlıklı olunmadığı için kötü etki yapıyor....

La localización,el espacio, la decoración, la limpieza y los propietarios muy agradables, han vivido en España durante 5 años.

Tengo que decir que la dirección que aparece es de la agencia, el apartamento esta en otro lugar. Nos acompaño en hombre y cuando llegamos era como un chale antiguo, con poca luz, parecía la casa del terror!!! nunca te puedes imaginar que el ático este decorado de esa forma solo con verlo por fuera.Nos llevamos una gran sorpresa!!!

No me ha gustado la situación ,es verdad que es céntrico pero en una calle de la parte antigua muy estrecha y por cierto la dirección es de una oficina no la que pone en booking. . No me parece bien.También hay mucho ruido en la calle, es zona de copas, y no se puede llegar con el coche hay que hacer recorrido por las calles a pie con todo el equipaje. Zona que no se puede aparcar el coche .

Es un apartamento con una amplia , bonita, luminosa y renovada zona común o de estar, muy cómoda . esta a un paseo de 15-20 min del puerto y del centro por la costa y muy cerca de las principales playas a pie.A nuestra llegada nos recogieron en el puerto para llevarnos al apto.

las habitaciones algo pequeñas y x lo tanto incomodas para 2 adultos con equipaje. tanto estas como la cocina no estaban suficientemente limpias, las zonas comunes si. no es un sitio fácil de encontrar. no había luz en la escalera de entrada.el helipuerto del hospital esta justo al lado, si bien solo escuchamos 1 vez un helicóptero . lo peor la limpieza, sin duda.
