Abbiamo apprezzato l'ottima posizione per la vicinanza al centro. Inoltre lo staff è stato davvero cortese, disponibile e ci si capiva parlando italiano. |

Appartamento nuovissimo, pulitissimo e molto grazioso Ho dovuto pagare cash perche' non accettano carte di credito, o non vogliono sobbarcarsene I costi. Inoltre credevo che il pernottamento fosse gia' pagato all'atto della prenotazione, ma dopo ho scoperto che la carta di credito era solo una forma di garanzia in caso di mancato arrivo. |

l'appartamento era bellissimo, srtanza piccola ma arredata veramente bene, con divano tv satellitare letto, cucinino e condizionatore, il bagno era abbastanza grande conuna doccia a mio parere molto bella e grande, la posizione poi è ottima: al centro di spalato!!! la pulizia era pèerò carente: il divano era pieno di capelli e gli asciugamani forniti avevano delle macchie marroni sospette.peccato |

Very friendly staff that gives a lot of recommandations for the city, great location of the apartements in walking distance to all major sights, clean and tidy, good airconditioning, Free Internet in the check in office, sat-TV..... we had a very nice stay and generally the product is great for the price you pay |

Not really a "hotel", rather a "room" - lovely city-centre location, convenient ferries, airport shuttle. Staff (at office) pleasant. Initial misunderstanding arising from your booking form, which had given me the impression that I had actually paid by credit card. Suggest that you re-write your booking form to emphasise that credit card is for guarentee only. |

The help we received when checking in from the local contact was great. It was n't a hotel more an apartment room with no central facilities you would get from an hotel. |

Right near the centre of town, modern, nice facilities, relatively cheap, freindly and helpful staff. Decor in the building (but not the room itself) was old and crumbling. |

This was one of a number of separate apartments, in different locations in the centre of Split, rather than a conventional hotel. It was very close to city-centre attractions. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Staff at their central office were helpful, both on the telephone and face-to-face, when we had to cancel the first night of our stay, due to transport problems. As staff acknowledged, our room could have done with another waste bin and another small table, but these were minor shortcomings which hopefully will be corrected. |

very good location just a short walk from centre of split and surrounding beaches, clean modren facilities great for a short stay. very friendly hosts who provided much wanetd free internet! only accidental - it not being serviced daily (apartment not hotel) we ran out of toilet paper! |

Very helpful, friendly and accommodating staff. Our flight was delayed but they kept their office open until we arrived. They gave us advice and information about the city and recommended some good local restaurants. On checking out, they offered to look after our bags so we could spend the rest of the day in Split before catching our ferry to Brac. There wasn't much hot water in the mornings, just enough for a quick shower. Quite a minor issue. The water seemed to be fine in the evenings. |

The staff are fantastic, extremly helpful pointing out recommended places and providing maps. The location of the apartments works out really well too to leave you exploring Split. And if you want to relax the tv had an impressive range of channels! The only downside... although a common experience in Croatia... were the showers which were lovely, powerful... and warm for all of about 5 minutes. Use the time in the shower wisely before it goes cold! |

The management weremost helpful and very friendly - the appartment was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our stay Climbing the hill was a bit of a challenge but then it was close to the old town so could not complain |
