Excelente hotel, mejor de lo que se muestra en las fotos, ubicacion de primera y precio economico, 100% recomendable.

hemos estado realmente como si estuvieramos en casa, no parecia ara nada que fuese un hotel, a parte de la hubicacion a la cual solo le falla posiblement eque desde nuestra planta no gozaba de las vistas que irrumpen dos o tres edificios, pese a todo, como descanso que era lo que buscabamos principalmente valio la pena. Los propietarios muy hospotalarios y sin dudar en atender cualquier duda.

La entrada en estes apartamentos puede confundir un poko por lo cerrado del pasillo que discurre entre el jardian hasta el edificio que por fuera esta bastante viejo, la instalacion electrica es vieja pero suficiente. SOn cosas malas pero que desde luego no deben reportar mayor interes si lo que uno lo que busca es un alojamiento lleno de sencilled y confort, wifi, tv sat, aire acondic.

The proprieter was very helpful and on hand when required. The accommodation was competitively priced and met most of our requirements. It really only lacked air conditioning in the bedroom. It is close to all Split facilities but at the same time, a nice peaceful retreat when the day is done.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. The room was perfect for a short stay.

Double room would have beem a bit small if we had been staying any longer than 1 night. (Did see the apartments though which were bigger and very nice)

simple, efficient apartment with good air conditioning. we had a nice patio, but others do not, it depends what you book.good and friendly service of the owner and his family. good location for visiting Split town. 15 min walk from Marjan (peddle) beaches, bus to beaches is close.

clean up the flower beds of the patio, cover/deal with the loose/in sight cables in the patio. repair the gate door to the apartments.

The apartment was very clean with a great layout. Service was excellent.

The convenient location of the apartments to the centre of split, local bars and restaurants. The apartments were also well equipped with towels, cleaning utensils and air conditioning equipment.

The immediate area was a bit run down

This is an excellent family run small boutique hotel. The staff were wonderfully helpful. Zeleni Cottage was recently built but to the local style. We had our own spatious patio and access to a very nice garden that overlooked the Split harbour. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. At 81 Euros and night it was very good value for money.
