Cottage Urbos: Erinomainen sijainti lähellä kaupungin keskustaa, tilaa ruhtinaallisesti (olohuonen, makuuhuone, keittiö, 2xWC+suihku, terassi, tilaa periaatteessa 4 henkilölle), paikat siistejä, rauhallinen majapaikka. Suosittelen! Eipä löydy miettimälläkään valittamista. |

Hotellein sijainti oli keskeinen kaupunkimatkailua silmällä pitäen. Lyhyt matka rannalle, lauttasatamaan, linja-autoasemalle ja keskeisiin palveluihin nähden.Ympäristö oli miellyttävä, olihan hotelli keskellä vanhaa kauunkia. Luonto oli lähellä ja merinäköalakin rentoutti. Palmujen humina tuki välimerellistä ilmapiiriä. |

Siisti,kodikas,meri ja vanhakaupunki lähellä Ei ollut. Kaikki ok. Ainoastaan hotellin löytyminen.isompi kyltti ovenpieleen? |

Erittäin hyvä sijainti rannan ja pääkadun lähellä. Moderni sisustus vanhoissa puitteissa. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Remontin viimeistely ei ollut ihan vimpan päälle. |

henkilökunnan ystävällisyys ja auttamishalu erinomaisia, rauhallinen sijainti kaupungin keskustan tuntumassa, puutarha hedelmäpuineen ja pensaineen loi oman viehättävän tunnelmansa. |

Erittäin ystävällinen ja huolehtivainen henkilökunta, jokaisen yksilölliset tarpeet huomioitiin. Henkilökunta myöskin opasti heti alussa kartan kanssa keskeisiä paikoja Splitissä. Sijainti erinominen, ja paikka rauhallinen, vaikka on keskustan tuntumassa. |

Huoneisto sijaitsi tosi hyvällä paikalla lähellä Splitin keskustaa ja oli siisti ja kodikas. Parempi vaihtoehto hotellille. Keittiö hyvin varusteltu.Omistaja tosi mukava ja auttavainen. |

Yövyimme pienimmässä mahdollisessa huoneessa, joka olikin todella peni. Kaikki tarpeellinen kuitenkin löytyi, sillä söimme ulkona, eikä keittotiloja tarvinnut. Pihan oleskelualueet korvasivat kaiken sisältä puuttuvan tilan. Omistaja myös esitteli meille muita mökkejä/huoneistoja, joita voisin suositella vaativampaankin makuun, omat pihat ja uutuuttaan kiiltävät keittiöt. Huoneistot ovat vanhassa kivitalossa ja kivisissä mökeissä, niitä on vain muutama, joten muut vieraat eivät häiritse. Ikkunat ja ovet olivat kuitenkin äärimmäisen huonosti äänieristetty, joten häämatkalle en suosittele =) |

Hinta/laatusuhde hyvä, sijainti hyvä ja palvelu hyvä. Hieman keskeneräinen remontista johtuen. Paikan löytäminen tuotti hieman ongelmia paikallisillekkin. |

very good location between the marina and the old city, calm and perfect to go to marjan hill for sport, close from good restaurant like "fife". All the family speak good english, Nikola is very cool and nice and welcome you, you can ask him everything you need (infos about the city...), his brother can drive you to airport for 200 kunas, the same price than agencies in the city. A good terrace with the view on the sea with barbecue and chairs.To resume, of course I will come back. |

My wife and I stayed in one of their apartments during October. We found the owner extremely friendly and very generous with beers! We were sailing from the ACI Marina which is located very near by. The owner's brother even drove us to the marina and picked us up after our sailing trip. Judging from all other reviews of hotels in Croatia, hot water can be a scarce resource. This hotel is not dissimilar. Just make sure you have quick showers. |

The owner was so unbelievably obliging- a great guy. He gave us an excellent tip for a restaurant as we were only in Split for one night. The apartment is in a wonderful location for enjoying the old part. The bathroom was rather cramped. |

The clear directions - very easy to find. Owner very welcoming, helpful and approachable. Location brilliant - couldn't be better. Lovely environment and accommodation. Disappointing that internet was not available - but not really an issue and the reason for this was fully explained. |

Very central, approx 10 mins walk max from ferry port and bus station, easy to get to the centre of town. The best thing about the apartments is the setting, surrounded by lovely gardens with places to sit and sunbathe or eat breakfast/lunch. We had a double room in the main house, it was clean and well kept although somewhat on the small side But apart from that it was lovely and a great location for exploring split. We stayed elsewhere in split in a similar style place, which was a bit better value for money with more room, but would still recommend this place if you are looking for a nice setting. The room was nice but on the smal side, particularly the bathroom - you kind of had to step over the toilet to get to the shower! |

Excellent location close to everything, great for families, wonderful and helpful host. Would gladly stay there again and recommend it to others. Would like to have some cooking utencils/basics like kettle, sugar, cooking oil etc. |

Hotel is a stone's throw from Split old town, but away from the crowds. Great little bar across the road with stunning views and the cheapest beer we found in Croatia. Their coffee was also pretty good. |
