Yövyimme pienimmässä mahdollisessa huoneessa, joka olikin todella peni. Kaikki tarpeellinen kuitenkin löytyi, sillä söimme ulkona, eikä keittotiloja tarvinnut. Pihan oleskelualueet korvasivat kaiken sisältä puuttuvan tilan. Omistaja myös esitteli meille muita mökkejä/huoneistoja, joita voisin suositella vaativampaankin makuun, omat pihat ja uutuuttaan kiiltävät keittiöt. Huoneistot ovat vanhassa kivitalossa ja kivisissä mökeissä, niitä on vain muutama, joten muut vieraat eivät häiritse. Ikkunat ja ovet olivat kuitenkin äärimmäisen huonosti äänieristetty, joten häämatkalle en suosittele =) |

Hinta/laatusuhde hyvä, sijainti hyvä ja palvelu hyvä. Hieman keskeneräinen remontista johtuen. Paikan löytäminen tuotti hieman ongelmia paikallisillekkin. |

The proprieter was very helpful and on hand when required. The accommodation was competitively priced and met most of our requirements. It really only lacked air conditioning in the bedroom. It is close to all Split facilities but at the same time, a nice peaceful retreat when the day is done. It lacked air conditioning in the bedroom. |

very polite staff, acommodate all you need at your stay,clean rooms, beautiful views from the break area, good location from the city centre the beach and bus/train station and very good value for the money no meal facilities |

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. The room was perfect for a short stay. Double room would have beem a bit small if we had been staying any longer than 1 night. (Did see the apartments though which were bigger and very nice) |

Nikola was very friendly and helpful. Nice deckchairs on patio under the vines. Basic cottage but all we needed and clean and comfortable. Very good location for town and beaches. |

simple, efficient apartment with good air conditioning. we had a nice patio, but others do not, it depends what you book.good and friendly service of the owner and his family. good location for visiting Split town. 15 min walk from Marjan (peddle) beaches, bus to beaches is close. clean up the flower beds of the patio, cover/deal with the loose/in sight cables in the patio. repair the gate door to the apartments. |

Access was very good for Split and the owner was reasonably helpful. There Overpriced for quality of accomodation. Misdescribed in promotional information. Very little light and the patio and garden were not as described. |

Great location (though not actually in the official Old Town, but very close by); beautiful bedrooms, very spacious and a good kitchen. Double bed was actually two pushed together; glass bathroom wall wasn't very private! |

This is an excellent family run small boutique hotel. The staff were wonderfully helpful. Zeleni Cottage was recently built but to the local style. We had our own spatious patio and access to a very nice garden that overlooked the Split harbour. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. At 81 Euros and night it was very good value for money. |

Each room had its own private patio, furnished with plastic table and chairs, which made for a nice reading and relaxation area. mattress was old and lumpy - definitely requires replacing. All I could feel were springs in my spine. The hotel "grounds" require landscaping and complete rework. The common area for sunbathing looked over a dirt pile, garbage, rubble, and dead plants and trees. There is absolutely no "Garden" in Garden's Apartments and Cottages. The owner was annoyingly persistent and nagging about payment. |

The owner Nikolas is very friendly, professional and helpful in information about the town and where to go eat. Good location very close to the Old town. Rooms are very clean and confortable. |

Excellent accommodation a lovely little gem, in the city but so tranquil. Host extremely helpful. Walk to all sites, restaurants etc. 10min walk from airport bus and ferry service. Great stay |
