It was all perfect. Since the previus contact from the staff until the excellent accomodantions. Very good located and all new and very confortable. 100% recommend !!!

Apartment was perfect. It is located on the sea promenade with all the restaurans downstairs and had very beautiful sea view. Even if the street was livelly it was quite in the apartment. Also coffee and soft drinks were available free of charge in the room. I would really recommend those appartments if you would like to enjoy your stay.

Location was the best in split, facilities were amazing, lots of added extras, friendly welcome.

Everything was perfect. Great location at the palace walls. Balcony with gorgeous view to the seafront. The apartment is totally equipped with a modern design. Near the ferry/ bus/ train stations and everything we needed.Definitively we would return and recommend to other travelers.

Excellent location and outfit. The appartment is right on the seefront and within the old city. Beautifully designed and with complementory refreshments along with a very professional and caring manageress, this place provides for a perfect base to discover the magnificent town of Split. The apartment is in an excellent location directly on the Riva. It's more like a luxury boutique hotel room than an apartment. The space has been used very well and the styling is modern but personal. There are some nice touches such as the Nespresso coffee machine, robes, wi-fi and fridge with a small bottle of Prosecco. It has a fabulous, spacious terrace with comfortable chairs and loungers to enjoy the great view overlooking the Riva and the sea. Lada, the manager, was very welcoming, she arranged for us to be met at the ferry by electric car (included in the price) and our luggage was carried up the stairs by the driver. When we checked out the driver again carried our two heavy suitcases back down and dropped us off in a nearby part of town. We would highly recommend the apartment if you want the feel of a luxury hotel with an unrivalled view in the heart of the city.

Because of the location there is noise from the buzz of the Riva's cafes and bars below. The apartment has excellent double glazing but it doesn't cancel out everything. However, the view, the styling and the comfort more than make up for it (just take earplugs).

The apartment was in a superb location,on top of the tourist office overlooking the main promenade and harbour. It was very modern, comfortable and clean.

There was a band stand right outside so we had to listen to a rock concert -there was no choice!

The apartment was amazingly beautiful. The furnishing were extraordinary and the view was magnificent.

Amazing location...an incredible view from the windows and full length balcony over the harbour and seafront promenade. The apartment was spacious with high tech facilities. If you are going to Split and want to be in the centre of things...the old city, the street life, the harbour...this is the place to stay. It was only a15 minute walk from a very nice beach as well.

It is a pretty steep 4 flights of stairs climb which would be tough for unfit people with heavy bags. It can also be pretty noisy until about midnight when the revelry from the street settles down.

The Riva Front Apartment is spectacular from location, service, and design. We were at the heart of Split, with an easy walk to enjoy every aspect Split has to offer: Ferries, the Palace, shopping, and the night life. The apartment is a sleek and modern studio with an amazing terrace for people watching or enjoying vino at sunset. Lada and Nicholas were fantastic and answered every question and were super accommodating.

The cleaning service has a bit to be desired. This is not for families with small children. The Riva comes alive after 10PM and although we've lived in Europe for a while, it was a bit much for the sound conscious parents. This is not a knock on the Riva Apartment, just a fact for family travelers to be aware.

The apartment was fabulous, comfortable, spacious and airy. The balcony was wonderful to relax watching life going on in the harbour and Riva whilst having a gin and tonic watching the sun go down. Lada was helpful and very friendly, she gave us some great recommendations of restaurants to eat in. She is also very kindly sending me a parcel of clothes that I left behind! The apartment was in a fantastic location, within easy walking of everything, especially the Diocletian Palace. We will definitely return to Spit and stay at the apartments again.

A perfect location in Split, direct on the Riva with an exellent terrace!

Location was excellent-- as was the wonderful roof terrace. A good sized, well-appointed room.

It´s an amazing apartment, If You want to feel like a King of Split for a day or two, this is the place to stay. The roofterrace is amazing. (We rented the apartment with the small roof terrace).

This one-bed appartment is absolutely wonderful. I recommend it highly It has.to be in arguably the best location in the whole of Split - overlooking the sparkling Harbour, the Promenade and it's stream of passing people below and being within the Diocletian Palace, provides easy access to explore. It is cool elegant and modern and a delight to stay in. And it is run by a lovely agent who was incredibly helpful I was so thrilled to find it! It was worth every cent we paid to stay there.

Like I said, best location in Split; not noisy, light, bright and elegant, great views and a pleasure to stay in!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location & the view could not be bettered anywhere in Split. To match this was the service provided by Lada & her team as well as the quality & comfort of the accommodation. We would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel and it was even nicer than in the pictures! Worth every penny and the view overlooking the marina was stunning. Ms. Lada was so kind and helpful and very proffessional.

Great location, very helpful staff and well equipped apartment. Apartment is located in Split promenade, at the centre of Split's old town, there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Staff was very welcoming and gave us great tips about Split and next destinations in the islands. Apartment's equipment was top class, including a Nespresso machine. Overall, We would definitely recommend it to a friend.

We arrived late at night, after about 14 hours of traveling. Lada was incredibly gracious and friendly, and the gentleman she sent to pick us up with our luggage, Nikola (?) was wonderfully helpful and entertaining. The two story apt is unlike any place we have ever stayed! Every comfort has been provided for, the decor is so cool (including exposed stone wall interior), and the view incredible! Loved the complimentary bottle of bubbly, the chocolates, and the espresso.

I could see this would be a tough place to stay if you have difficulty with lots of stairs but for us was not an issue, especially with help carrying our bags. The only down side was that we were only able to spend one night in this magical place!

The location is really great. The apartment with balcony was extraordinary well decorated, spacious, with a lot of nice and good to have details. The sympathic manager Mrs. Lada made a great service to us and introduced upon arrival several sight seeing spots of Split. Once again also a thank you to her for her charming welcome.

The fact that this was an apartment and not the hotel with 24-hr service (but this was expected). Also, there is some significant sacrifice of convenience to aesthetics (having the bathtub in the main room is ok but having no way to position shower-head or place the toiletries is not ok despite the nice look of the floor-to-ceiling mirror on the wall next to the bathtub)
