Best Western Hotel Stella  

Excellent wide range of breakfast items, Secured parking, Comfortable rooms. Service is really appreciated both at reception and during the breakfast. Generally Hotel staffs are friendly and kind enough to welcome you and make you comfortable.

Good location close to Zagreb airport

Location to airport as I was in transit. Rooms were clean, well presented and staff friendly.

A very poor solution for lunch, dinner or snack. The restaurant does not cook outside breakfast time, so hotel guest options are cold sandwiches, on-call pizza delivery, or a mandatory visit to town. There is no restaurant nearby, and a car/taxi would be a must if one wants to eat proper food.

We had an overnight sleep in the hotel. The hotel and the room was clean, mostly everything was working properly. There is an omv fuel station in 50metres, so you can get snacks easily. Although there is a busy road by the hotel, we did not hear the noise of the traffic. Breakfast was very good, with a wide choice of food. Hotel Stella is a very good place for a 3* hotel.

The bed's matress was very soft and probably a cheap one, we had a backache all day next day. The room was a bit overheated, and using the heating's control panel didn't help. The walls weren't that soundproof, I woke up when the neighbours arrived. We didn't hear everything like in the Airport Hotel at Hajduszoboszlo :) but some laughs and other noises came over very well, as well when they started to make love, huhh :)

We stayed here because it was close to the airport - and we were flying out the next day. The rooms were very well appointed and very clean. The hotel itself was quite nice - and the breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The staff was very helpful with directions as far as getting into the city of Zagreb. I would definitely stay here again.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting family in Zagreb. It is very close to where they live, but it's also very clean, the rooms are spacious, it's peaceful, there's free parking, free wi-fi Internet....

Clean, near the airort

Staff super friendly. Proximity to airport great.4 Km. Though the 100 kuna one way taxi price I thought a bit rich, considering I paid 150 kuna 4 weeks earlier and that hotel was 17 km from airport. Room very clean and tidy. Mattress super firm. Windows open. Great price for solo over night traveller.

Plane got in late and could not get anything to eat at hotel. They don't have evening restaurant facilities. Breakfast does not start till 7.00 am. No good for people with earlier flights. They did offer me a takeaway lunch pack for the morning but I forgot to ask them for it as I was leaving. My own fault.

Good service and near by the airport though of course to long from the city center and expencive to go there by bus and taxi.

Hotel was very close to the airport and convenient for our early flight.The young woman at the desk was friendly and very helpful and efficient.We asked for a taxi booking for the following morning and this arrived on time .Hotel was clean and well presented .

It would have been good to have some meals at the hotel that evening we did walk acorss to a nearby service station and collected some snacks however perhaps some light meals options at the hotel would assist.
