Hotel new, clean. Cosy rooms. The biggest room from three hotels where we stopped during holiday. The breakfast menu was rather limited. WiFi was very expensive. |

Hotel is very close to the airport and conveniently positioned for the stop over. Staff is friendly and efficient in regards to organising taxi, breakfast or for giving any additional information. Air conditioner could not be adjusted to more suitable temperature. Room was very hot during the night. |

I found the room comfortable and clean and the breakfast inclusive delicious esp. the coffee . The staff at the reception is helpful and transport to the city accessible and convenient. It is also nearby the airport. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for people travelling here on business or stopover. I wish the kitchen service will be more comprehensive and the opening hours to be extended to late dinner service. |

it was close to zagreb airport. we had an early morning flight and they arranged a taxi to pick us up. they packed us a sack lunch since we left before the breakfast service started. nice new modern hotel. there is no restaurant on site, but they do have a menu for ordering in from one nearby. there is also a gas station with snack foods and a deli next door. |

It was clean and modern, and comfortable, and for Europe the bathroom was big and nice. And it's near to the airport - cab cost is 80-100 Kuna. We just needed a place to crash for the night before flying out the next morning. They didn't want us to eat our pizza's we ordered for dinner in our room. They have a no meals in the room policy. However, they provide a mini bar full of sticky drinks and crumbly snacks in every room?!? It doesn't make sense, and isn't in keeping with the policies of most nice hotels. Also, the woman at the front desk was nice enough but not very helpful, getting information from her was like pulling teeth. |

Breakfast is definitely the high point of this hotel. The rooms & the restaurant are nicely furnished. There's plenty of free parking on site (which is hard to find in Zagreb at other hotels). Our rooms were located at the 3rd floor, and both the single and the double room were very-very small. Maybe on different floors they have other sizes, but neither of our rooms looked like the ones displayed in the photos. There were ants everywhere, in both rooms, which seemed unacceptable for the high price we payed. Hotel staff very friendly one day, quite grumpy the next. |

Best elevator music ever! Blondie, Pixies and the Smiths :o) also nice new hotel with good rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast had a good selection. Location a bit non-central but we knew that before going there so dont let that pull the rating down, no problem as there was free parking and no problem driving into town and also there were buses going into the city. |

Good hotel if you need one night near the airport which is 5 minutes away. Bus stop is across street from hotel and for 10 kunas, bus will get you to Zagreb old town in about 20 minutes. Breakfast is normally available starting at 7:00 am; hotel staff made arrangements for earlier breakfast for us and a few others to accomodate our 6:15 am taxi pick up. It is a "no frills" hotel, but that was OK for one night. |

The main reason we booked it was that it's so close to the airport. The room was very clean and fresh, excellent bathroom. Not a hotel to stay at if you want to be close to the city. However, there is a bus stop nearby and the hotel staff can provide you with time tables. A taxi trip from the city to the hotel cost about 120 kuna which is reasonable. |

Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel is very quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was available early, which was very convenient for an early flight out. Very good value for money. I'd stay here again. |

Convenience to the airport and easy run to City. Easy parking and spacious rooms. Staff spoke English. The breakfast coffee was from a machine and not of the best quality. In fact breakfast could have been fresher and hotter. Morning staff (believed to be the owner) did not greet or smile as we entered the dining room. |

This is a totally non-smoking hotel which your website didnt advise and i requested a smoking room so it should have been picked up. The hotel is a new area and there are no shops or places to get a meal nearby. As the hotel only offers breakfast and no room-service this is a real problem for an airport hotel |

We just spent 1 night, landing with a relatively late flight at Zagreb, and took a rental car at the airport the next morning. The hotel is ideal for that kind of commute; the staff was very helpful organizing ataxi to pick us up the next morning at a fixed price which was half what we had paid the previous evening. |
