Habitacion amplia y buen desayuno El trato de la recepcionista , cuando llegamos le entregamos un pasaporte por habitacion y nos dijo muy borde que necesitaba todos . luego le fuimos a preguntar si habia un restaurante cerca y paso de largo,tuvo que venir otro recepcionista |

Creo que es un hotel aplicado perfectamente para los viajes de negocios, debido a su cercanía al aeropuerto. Creo que deberían de tener mas canales de televisión internacionales y algún sistema de entrenimiento dentro del edifiicio, terraza de bar, gimnasio, ..... |

La amabilidad y colaboracion de todo el personal el desayuno es inimaginable La falta de un restaurant o rum service para poder cenar pero ellos se encargan de pedirte un menu a una Pizza |

la comodidad de sus instalaciones la ubicación, si bien buscaba cercanía al aeropuerto, no sirvión de mucho ya que el traslado a éste era difícil, sólo posible en taxis, cuyas tarifas son caras |

The service was courteous and excellent. The breakfast was impressive. The hotel is extremely clean and well kept. The manager's suggestion for a dinner restaurant exceeded all expectations. I wish the restaurant was open for lunch and dinner, also. |

The room was very comfortable and very well equipped. The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel is not close to any restaurants and though close to the airport, has no shuttle service. The hotel is basically just a place to sleep. |

Staff spoke excellent English and were helpful in showing us how to find our destination in Zagreb. Contrary to one of the reviewers, there is a bus stop very near the hotel; it's easy to get into the city. |

This hotel is probably the closest to Zagreb Airport. It is a simple hotel but with very clean, reasonably sized, well-equipped rooms. There is a small "on-demand" bar and a breakfast room where a well-prepared fresh buffet breakfast is included in the price. Staff were helpful in organising taxis and in providing information. Very good value. |

Good breakfast. Beer 0,3l for 15kn is pretty expensive. The internet cost should be in this kind of hotel included in the room price. |

Reception staff were very helpful and courteous. Room was very quiet even though it was on a main highway. Good bus access to Zagreb thereby eliminating the need to drive into the city. |

The employee when I arrived was extremely polite and very helpful in giving me instructions how to go to Zagreb Centre for a few hours, explained to me the way to the airport, let me use the Internet at the reception I wish there was a restaurant |
