Das Haus ist ein wunderschönes neu renoviertes Steinhaus dessen Geschichte aber noch erkennbar geblieben ist. Die angrenzenden Häuser sind stark verfallen und trüben den Flair des Hauses.

Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt direkt am Eingang zum National Park, aber auch zum Meer ist es nicht sehr weit. Es ist relativ neu eingericht und mit "Ethno"-Elementen bestückt. Das Stonehouse liegt eingebettet im alten verfallenen Dorf Marasovici, das heisst ringsum sind Steinhausruinen - nicht sehr ansehlich und zumindest wir fühlten uns nicht sehr sicher. Die Räume sind zwar sauber, aber es krabbelt - wohl auch bedingt durch die Art des Hauses - das ein oder andere Ungeziefer rum (Skorpione, Spinnen im Gebälk, eidechsen etc.). Im Haus ist es bedingt durch die kleinen Fenster sehr dunkel und die "Wohnküche" von den vielen Wanderern von der Straße aus gut einsehbar. Also die 4 Sterne und Preis vielleicht etwas zu hoch angesetzt. Das nächste mal würden wir wohl eher in der dazugehörigen Pansion Croatia einchecken.
