excellent location, 5 mins to lovely beach or 10 mins by bus to Old town. Plenty of eating /drinking in pedestrianised street out front all resonable and good quality Bit outdated and initially awkward to find |

The hotel has an excellent location on the Lapad peninsular outside Dubrovnik Old Town but with a good bus connection to the old town. It is just off the pedestrian promenade to the beach and seaside walk with many cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. The hotel is set in pleasant grounds and there is free on site parking. It is extremely good value for money. The inside of the hotel is rather dowdy and really needs refurbishment but we liked our room which was quite adequate and comfortable with balcony and seaview. |

It's located near the beach on the walking esplanade where the restaurants are. Too far away from Old Town. |

The staff in the hotel is welcoming and friendly. They are welling to indicate how to get around Dubrovnik even before we check in and trying to help with our queries.. |

It gives the feeling of being secure. Having a private parking area is a benefit in city like Dubrovnik. The second room we had that my friends were staying was really very disturbing. There is a café right in front of their window and they really had a difficult night while trying to sleep. Bathrooms are too old. We are hotel after 9 o'clock, the guy in the reception desk doesn’t know any other language than Croatian. Also, morning shift was not very satisfying for informative issues. |

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated free parking. The environment was quiet around the hotel, though it was extremely close to the "promenade" in Lapad and all the noisier cafes. The breakfast could have been a bit better, but it was adequate enough. |

Location close to restaurants/bars. Transport links to Dubrovnik centre. I would have appreciated information regarding how to get to the hotel from the shuttle bus. I found out after arrival that there was an easy way. |
