+ la casa está nueva + muy cerca del pueblo andando y de Dubrovnik en coche + limpieza - precio (la zona en general es cara) - el servicio de lavandería no es real, te acompañan a otra casa para poder lavar algo, ellos no tienen lavadora - no tienen sabanas de cama de matrimonio y a veces ponen dos de cama sencilla - algún día olores por las tuberías en el baño |

Pues simplemente que la calidad de las instalaciones son de 4 estrellas o mas. Todo esta nuevo y muy bien pensado, es amplio y muy bien ubicado. Realmente una joya. 100% aconsejable. |

La familia que lleva el hotel es realmente encantadora. Las vistas son preciosas y el apartamento estaba formidable. El aire acondicionado era algo ruidoso. |

El trato familiar, la limpieza de las habitaciones, y su situación, cerca del centro del pueblo. El último día nuestro vuelo era a las 9 de la noche; nos guardaron las maletas y se ofrecieron a dejarnos utilizar un servicio con ducha, toallas limpias, sin ningún coste, para podernos asear después de un día de playa y cambiarnos antes del vuelo. |

Es difícil calificar a este hotel. Tiene pretensiones de ser bueno pero queda a mitad de camino. Por ejemplo, la habitación matrimonial cuenta con una cama queen, pero como no tienen sábanas ni frazadas de este tamaño, ponen dos sábanas y dos frazadas en parte superpuestas para cubrir toda la superficie de la cama. Ubicarlo es un parto si no lleva GPS en el auto. Es mala la relación precio / calidad. El apartamento en que estuve como máximo puede pagarse 50 euros (yo pagué 75), pues los que ofrecen en la zona de este tipo están entre 30 y 40, por eso pagaría 10 euros más por la comodidad de ya tenerlo previamente reservado, aunque en la época que estuve (junio) hay muchísima oferta. |

Very spacious, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, great for families and couples. Stanka and her family were very helpful and welcoming. We would love to come back soon. There is a steep climb that might not be suitable for mobility impaired but not a problem for healthy individuals. |

Our hosts were very welcoming, even though we arrived quite late, they even offered us a free beer! The room was a good size with a large, spotless bathroom. There was a nice flat screen tv, a small fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning (essential when we went in August as it was really hot), hairdryer, etc. a nice balcony with chairs. It was the best room we'd stayed in all holiday even though we'd stayed in 3* hotels. Highly recommended. And Cavtat is a lovely place. |

Cleanliness of the room, politeness and efforts of the hosts. You can find everything you need in the room (unfortunately no shampoo). A relatively long steep way to the hotel without pavements, no convenient public transport nearby. Window of my room overlooked the wasteland. |

We liked the peace and quiet, the friendliness of Stanka and her family. Everyone was so friendly and would do anything to help you if they could. It was very clean and tidy. Perfect. |

Stanka and family were excellent hosts. It was beautiful,peaceful and delightful. Non intrusive but if you needed anything Stanka would be there for you. We had the most perfect holiday, just a short walk to the town which had many restaurants and bars. Can't wait to go back again. |

Spotless stay. After reading feedback from previous guests before arrival we feared that the steep hills from Cavtat to the hotel would kill us off. In reality it wasn't that bad, but surely not a place for disabled people. Returning to Cavtat would surely involve a stay at Sunrise Apartments :). |

The owners are exceptionally nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well-cared for. The air conditioning worked efficiently, which is important for this hot climate. The kitchenette allowed for eating breakfast and other meals in the apartment as desired. The apartment was quiet. A nice balcony provided a great place for breakfast or to sit and relax. All dish soaps, dishwasher soaps, dishes, and towels were provided. The apartment is less than 5 minute walk to a grocery store and about a 5 minute walk down to the Port and beach areas. There was no washing machine. The lady at the apartments next door could do laundry. However, she charged very high prices. The apartment did have a nice drying rack to allow for hand washing or hanging of swim suits after swimming in the sea. |

Staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and facilities were great in the room. Really enjoyed our stay, apartments were very quiet and spotless. Great value for money. Hairdryer wasn't great, if I was staying again I'd bring my own hairdryer with me. |

Staff were great. Room was brand new, clean, well taken care off. The access to the beach is through a very busy road with no sidewalk.. The town should post signs to slow traffic down and create a short sidewalk.. Or safe access. The hotel staff were good about warning us.. |

Very nice area, very nice apartments. The owners were really nice, since we arrived about 4 hours earlier than expected and they put the room at our disposal. The hotel has parking place, free wi-fi connection and is located very near to the center of the town. |

The hotel is not in the centre of town, it is nicely out of the way from the hustle and bustle. The family are lovely and will help you with anything you need! We had a fantastic holiday! There is a hill between the hotel and Cavtat town centre, it can be tiring, however my partner is recovering from a broken leg and managed it so most of you will be fine! |
